The hotel is generally okay, and the breakfast is rich. However, the viewing window frame in the room is full of water leaks and white stains. The worst thing is that the water flow in the shower is too small, and the shower head is full of yellow water. Call us The front desk explained that there were too many people taking baths and the water supply was insufficient. I don't think this was the reason. Moreover, the stains on the picture window and the rusty water in the shower head should be caused by the lack of timely daily inspections. (The yellow water in the picture was taken after it had been left for a long time. It was basically yellow when it was first opened.)

The environment is OK, but the cleaning is not in place. There are foreign objects on the floor that look like food or sauce. There is a lot of room for improvement in service. You have to pay for the self-service laundry, and you can't borrow a wine opener. I hope it can be improved further to match this high-end brand.
