We called three days in advance to confirm whether they could take us to the station at 6am. We were told that we could just check in and make a reservation. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the reservation was fully booked at 6am the next day and we couldn't be taken there. The hotel lobby also said that we only needed to make a reservation one hour in advance. The hotel said they would call a taxi for us, but the taxi we called the next day was at our own expense. Why didn't they make it clear that we had to book a taxi in advance when I called to inquire? The room was small, the air conditioner was very noisy, and the price was not cheap. You can stay well in Longshouyuan at the same price. If you are not in a hurry to catch a bus, I don't recommend staying here at all. People who are really in a hurry to catch a bus also recommend confirming the pick-up time with the hotel a few days in advance. Otherwise, they just pretend to drop you off at the station, but in fact they don't drop you off at the station. It was a very bad stay. The disposable slippers were also very cheap and smelled.
