Great location, but cleanliness needs improvement.
The hotel has an exceptional location, just a few minutes’ walk to Zhong Lou and right beside Exit B of Zhong Lou Station. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, everything is super convenient. They also provide washers and dryers for guest use, which is a plus.However, cleanliness was disappointing.
On the day I checked in, I noticed a piece of toothpick packaging on the floor that remained there throughout my entire stay. Housekeeping wasn’t thorough as I could still see lots of hair on the floor after cleaning, and the overflowing dustbin wasn’t emptied even after I informed the front desk.
Overall, while the location is fantastic, the cleanliness issue made the stay less comfortable. Personally, I might not return, but this is just based on my preference as someone who’s particular about cleanliness.

Aside from the cleaningness, tidiness, and overall very professional services, they were top tier to the little details, like having excellent lighting layout, automatic curtains, friendly staff. The location is impeccable, couldn't be more central, breakfast is very good.

Very nice and cozy hotel in downtown of Xi’an city. Downstair is the subway station. Lots of food place, close to Muslim quarters. Very nice front desk!

Hotel service is good but the worst part is the aircon. Since this is a centralised aircon, it blowing hot air in a hot weather making the room very stuffy. I had to buy a fan to cool the room temperature

Good location just about 100 m from the famous Bell Tower钟楼.
Entrances to metro are located downstairs of the hotel.
Foods are aplenty nearby.
Shopping street is nearby.
Strongly recommend this place to all visitors

Very convenient location, less than a minute walk to the metro station. Room is clean and spacious. Very value for the money. Really recommend to fellow muslim travellors as it is close to Muslim quarter where halal food are eveywhere. Free self-service laundry too. Minus 0.5 point as both iron provided were not working.
