首先就是房間非常非常小（這一點雖然在入住的時候前台有提醒去看一眼 但是由於到的時候已經很晚了 且找酒店走了很遠的路 非常疲憊 且太晚了其他酒店基本也訂滿了懶得跑所以無可奈何 衹能硬着頭皮住 相信大部分趕路或者晚上到的人去看了以後也沒辦法臨時換其他酒店）定的時候顯示的圖片是正常房間 看着一點都不小 圖片與實際不符。所以這一點會有誤導訊息。其次就是房間的隔音效果幾乎為0 窗户正對着樓道 外面衹要有人過 就會有很大動靜 且窗户也會跟着響（錄的視頻上傳後發現好像聽不到聲音 但是真的非常吵！）空調也是老式的那種特別吵！總之就是一晚上幾乎都沒入睡成功 總是被吵醒。且酒店安全性沒有保障 門也沒法反鎖

太差了，環境差，衞生差，被子都發黃了，幸好我是帶了一次性被套的，而且下水道還堵住了，洗個澡，水都漫到房間裏面來了，找服務員還不解決，説拿拖把給我，喊我自己弄一下，從來沒有住過這麼差的房間，而且價格還不便宜，

根本不是如家酒店，掛羊頭賣狗肉，就是一個小破賓館。地理位置還不錯，離鐘樓很近，老闆還****讓我給他好評，一晚上都沒睡好，樓上空調機的冷疑水落子窗外的鐵架子上滴答滴答聲音特別吵，這是我住過最差最差的地方，千萬別上當

環境很差 沒有窗户 衞生間很臟 東西都是壞的 空調響聲很大 大清早打掃衞生 聲音很響 影響睡眠 床品有異味 這個價格不如住50塊的青旅 建議大家不要入住 不要踩雷

如家華驛酒店條件一般，環境一般，酒店在一個小街裏的4樓，房間有熱水，但是水龍頭和洗浴噴頭都不太好用，水流細洗澡費勁，普通小旅店的感覺

房間比較小，
廁所也挺小，淋浴噴頭就在馬桶上方，
房門關不上，衹能用房間裏那個椅子抵在門後，
隔音不好，
空調不好，冷風吹着吹着變熱風，
但無論如何，它便宜，而且靠近地鐵╰（⇀‸↼）╯
所以。。。有條件的隨便選，沒條件的也能湊合住
