酒店位置非常方便
離着景區都很近
我是商務出差也沒時間逛
但是晚上酒店門口有小吃街
也算滿足了
在這裏要特別表揚酒店的服務人員
退房以後我的衣服忘了取
因為要馬上去下一個城市
聯繫了店裡服務員給我發快遞還提前墊付了快遞費用
真的很感動，非常謝謝

房間很寬敞，我們一家四口入住也沒問題；樓下停車場很大，酒店獨享，對家庭自駕游來説很方便；門口就是夜市，晚上吃飯選擇太多了；對酒店服務也很滿意，看我們帶着兩個孩子入住，又贈送了兩份早餐，贊一個

前台接待的姐姐態度很好，還考慮到附近早餐不是很合口，給我送了張早餐券，第二天中午下樓續住的時候前台還關注到我沒去吃早餐，趕一天路實在是起不來了哈哈哈，環境也很好，視野不錯，電梯是刷房卡的，外賣的話外賣員會讓機器人送上來，很安全，晚上睡的很好（照片是臨時拍的，總體很整潔）

假期出遊，住的家庭房，這家酒店真的不錯，設施設備都很好，乾淨衞生，重點是服務，讓人很舒服很開心。到酒店第一個接觸的是停車場的師傅，非常熱情好客，進入酒店就是負責接待的王經理和周經理，服務熱情，周到，尤其是王經理，因為爬了一天華山回到房間用自己的泡腳桶泡腳，不小心將水灑到了衞生間地面，已經到下班時間的王經理沒有任何怨言，聽到我的求助，第一時間拿着東西趕到房間，蹲在地上幫忙一點一點的收拾，還幫我更換了弄濕的毛巾浴巾。整個住宿過程前台的服務真的非常好。酒店還幫忙贈送了早餐，早餐也比較豐盛，對這家酒店非常滿意。再次感謝王經理的辛勤勞動。

訂的酒店的家庭房，一張雙人床，一張單人床，非常適合帶小孩的家庭，酒店早餐也不錯，麪很好吃，從酒店去兵馬俑、華清宮都很方便，酒店服務也挺好的
