The service during the Spring Festival was very thoughtful. We gave souvenirs and fruit plates when we checked in. The front desk and cleaning staff did not offer discounts because of the Spring Festival. The room was cleaned every day. Mineral water was supplied in unlimited quantities. The hotel is located in the city center, but the room is very quiet. Muslim Street, Bell Tower and Drum Tower, and Kaiyuan Mall can all be visited on foot. There are a lot of people traveling during the holidays, but Xi'an is a tourist city with very good order. Most of the time, you have to queue up for meals and sightseeing, but the time is not too long. Traffic police, security guards, sanitation workers and service personnel from all walks of life stick to their posts. I am very moved and give a thumbs up to Xi'an Culture and Tourism. In short, this trip to Xi'an was very pleasant and worthwhile.
