我住過很多旅館、酒店和民宿，這家絕對是我住過的性價比最高的沒有之一。
首先位置很好找，從紡織城地鐵站D口出來左轉，順着路走就到了。
房東小姐姐人美心善，我到的早，還沒到入住時間，想放行李，房東姐姐幫忙保管，後面還幫我送去了房間，並且沒等到時間，剛把房間騰出來就聯繫我入住。退房的時候，因為外賣送晚了，晚走半個小時，小姐姐也痛快答應。
最最重要的，房間超級乾淨，各項設施齊全，家電全部可用，廚房居然還有調味料和麪條😂，完全跟在自己家裡一樣，太幸福啦。

民宿很乾凈，老闆人也挺好。房間很大，有廚房、有洗衣機、有冰箱、有電飯煲，鍋碗瓢盆都有，可以自己做飯，還有桶裝飲用水，喝水很方便。周邊交通很方便，雖然不在城中心，但是有三條地鐵起點站，1/6/9，去西安北站，城牆、鐘鼓樓、不夜城，兵馬俑、華清城，都十分方便（起點站都是有座位的）民宿背後有個胡辣湯，很好吃，而且很便宜，胡辣湯5塊一碗，包子1塊錢3個。輕軌站旁邊有一個華陽城，裏面有陝西菜可以吃，應該還比較地道，基本都是本地人在吃。出輕軌站可以看見一個小吃城，早飯可以在裏面解決。

1.進入房間完全是家的感覺，有客廳有餐桌，有燃氣熱水器，有飲水機。
2.房間南北通風，很舒服。南邊視野很開闊，前面就是陽華城，立面餐食很多。還有永輝超市；早餐柳盈路有家包子鋪都是手工饅頭，老母親非常喜歡豆沙包，紅豆是整粒狀態（可能老闆自己做的）。
3.床墊枕頭都軟硬適宜。感覺就是一個陝西特色的家感覺。馬桶是智能馬桶，老闆説還要升級更換。
4.有洗衣機還有晾衣架。對出門需要洗衣物的朋友比較方便。
5.西邊緊鄰公交樞紐站，去臨潼華清池、兵馬俑都很方便。打車去半坡博物館也很方便。當然也有地鐵，不建議行李多的住客乘坐地鐵。西安出租車還是挺便宜的。
6.有需要什麼需要或者諮詢的，都可以微信聯繫老闆。

體驗非常好，房東姐姐很耐心，有問題及時解決，非常感謝，下次西安還會繼續選擇，交通也便利，出門就是地鐵口，還有商場，幫忙寄存了行李，非常貼心。

房子位置好，交通便利，內部寬敞明亮，視野也是挺好的。房主耐心，人很好。唯一就是房子內的床偏硬了，枕頭也不是太舒服
