前台微笑，服務效率高，需要一次性刮鬍刀，馬上送來。二樓有自助洗衣房，很是方便，房間空間大 通風效果不錯。被子柔軟 睡的很舒服，空調效果強，很快達到理想的温度 手機信號強，免費WiFi，推薦，必須五星好評

特種兵旅行首選如家neo，畢竟晚上就回去睡個覺，白天都在外面逛。全國連鎖品牌，客房標準統一，乾淨衞生，neo的裝潢風格元素也一樣，讓人放心。房間有窗户，能通風，隔音效果好。酒店前台很接待親切，推薦西安當地麪食集中營“袁家村”，並耐心告知出行線路。除了朝向街道房間晚上有點吵鬧，其他沒毛病。位處市中心，位置真的好，走路步行到地鐵站五分鐘，到哪哪哪的景點都方便。可以酒店樓下的小店吃早飯，旁邊是騾馬市美食小吃一條街，距離鐘樓一公里，再走幾步是鼓樓和回民小吃街。

來西安看演唱會，在鐘樓附近找酒店，綜合了價格 交通 品牌 內部環境，最終選擇了他家。內部裝修看起來很新，應該是近些年裝修的。附近有好幾家必吃榜餐廳，麪館 肉夾饃 水盆羊肉。0壓房的床墊太棒了，支撐力非常好，很舒服。

中規中矩的連鎖酒店設施，離地鐵站一公里不到，幾百米吧，這裏雖説不遠，但是地鐵內的走的路太長了，下了地鐵走到出口，感覺走了個一兩公里，反正了很長的路

酒店就在在步行街裏附近吃的特別方便，離地鐵站步行就可以到。距離城牆內的景點都非常近，阿姨打掃房間也及時，工作人員也很熱情！美中不足的就是洗衣房就一台洗衣機。總體來説推薦！！！
