Great location next to the city wall, walking distance to shops and train stations. Decent spread for breakfast. Could do with some improvements in cleanliness. Overall a satisfying stay given the price point

Amazing hotel and staff! They are really friendly and helpful. The metro is just a short 2 minute walk and there are shops nearby. We also had a view of the city walls.

I was staying in the hotel one night, and was satisfied with location and environment. Friendly staff, they don't speak English but they was ready to find ways how to communicate, they tried to help as much as they can. I was supposed how big my room was, everything was clean and looked nice. The view from my room was directly to the city wall and it looked nice at night time. Breakfast was good, but I didn't like the quality of coffee. In my next trip to Xian, I would like to stay at this hotel.

Room can be considered 5 star equipped. Could have an amazing view if the windows wouldn’t be so dirty that you can’t look outside. Breakfast was big and good. Cleanliness and Service are for sure not 5 stars. Not even one person speaks english. Dont ask at reception for help, you dont get it.

My first time to Xi'An, and the hotel was in an amazing location. Right across the street from the south side of the City walls, and a literal 2 minute walk from the metro station exit A.
Room was amazingly big, and heating was great. I personally prefer cooler weather so I just turned off the heater and opened the window to sleep.
Thanks to 小秦 for accommodating my late check out since my flight out was late at night.
10/10 would come back here if I was coming to Xi'an.

We are a bit disappointed. The reviews showed a very good hotel. But we didn’t find it as good as in the reviews.

- shower not perfectly cleaned limescale deposits, bathtub overflow damaged.
- a dirty furniture
- loud refrigerator
- thin walls inside. Every door closure you hear perfectly…
We didn’t complained because we only stayed for sleeping.

The experience was very good, the service attitude was also very good, the room was very large and spacious, all with large floor-to-ceiling windows, and it was very comfortable to live in. The Hepingmen subway station is on the right side of the door, and it is convenient to go anywhere. It is only one or two stops to the Bell Tower, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Tang Dynasty City that never sleeps. The Dongcangmen morning market is across the street. The oil tea and fried dough twist are especially recommended. The Bell and Drum Tower can be reached by foot or by bike. It is nearby.
