1、首先説好的地方，店家補救措施挺及時的，對於反饋的問題及時盡力解決，但可惜體驗感並不算好。入住後開始打遊戲發現鼠標壞了，右鍵完全失靈，店家先後兩次給我送來的鼠標才能滿足正常的遊戲操作。
2、重點講一下問題所在，希望店家能改進。一是電競酒店本身應該重在電競，那麼我所入住的房間是酒店最貴的房間，但是屏幕很臟（可看圖片），全是油和灰的混合物；其次是網速問題，這是最大最大的問題，玩英雄聯盟都能突然跳ping，第二天早上起來發現直接斷網了，我找店家處理，店家的解釋是網線掉了，我再三確認網線沒松沒掉，衹能説是網速不穩定導致的，這是電競酒店最不應該出現的問題。二是座椅沙發好幾個洞，這個地方有點像被煙頭燙過，讓我有種坐在別人用煙灰弄臟過的沙發上打遊戲的感覺。三是廁所廁所廁所有股很難聞的味道，我一進門久就聞到一股很濃的下水道味道，這個我實在受不了。
3、本身定了2晚的房間，入住之後無奈取消了1晚。

性價比超高，房間香香的，床品很好聞，也很舒服，電腦玩遊戲也很給力，環境不錯，地理位置非常好，地鐵站公交 打車都很方便，樓下逛街吃飯也方便，房間很好非常喜歡，特別是衞生乾淨整潔，完全住的放心，房間很寬敞，入住登記很快 路上邊走邊網上辦理入住，服務很好，前台工作人員熱情，説話也很好玩，就算丟失東西她們也會幫忙收着，還聯繫你寄快遞，給一百個贊，太貼心了! 下次還要來！！！！！！

設施：有洗衣機還有洗衣液，熱水賊足，水壓也很不錯，床品很舒服，暖氣賊棒，我用洗衣機洗完羽絨服，掛在房間一晚上乾的透透的

房間乾淨整潔，地理位置很優越，外面很方便，床也很舒服，電腦配置很高，已經是常客了，經常來定，趕緊沖，需要打遊戲住酒店的朋友首選這家，稍微有點能改進是電腦沒辦法外放聲音，鼠標滑輪有點不靈敏，其他都很好！

居住體驗很好 在吉祥村 離小寨很近 離地鐵很近 出行很方便 旁邊就是MOMOPARK 有很多吃飯的地方 民宿整體環境很棒 屋子裡有淡淡的香味 很好聞 是在一個公館小區裏 很安靜 床特別軟 淋浴我感覺那個水好像一直是熱的沒有什麼特別大的差別 可能一些怕燙的旅客接受不了 然後沙發椅和桌面落差有一點點大 沒有辦法調整可能會有點彆扭 建議換成電競椅或者人體工學椅那種 其他都很不錯
