The most beautiful, charming and stylish hotel.
Right next to the ancient walls.
Has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the night illuminations of Xi’an.
Great choice of a breakfast courses.

This hotel is amazing, the room was fantastic. The only problem was that the AC was not working so ee talk with receptionist and he gaves us a fan. It was a but uncomfortable because the windows don't open.

Great little hotel right next to the old city wall. The area is quiet at night and lively during the day. Breakfast had a lot of selection. English was not widely spoken, but everyone was accommodating. We recommend this hotel.

I have to say, we were very disappointed with our stay. We booked this hotel for our last 2 nights, looking for something special.
The room was not clean (hair all over), there was no windows (even tho it says on our reservation that there would be a window), there was no explanations during check-in and even when we told the staff about our concerns, they didn't do anything.
I also had a hanfu experience included in our reservation and the girl from the shop made me pay for the hair (I had specifically said that I only wanted what was included in the package). I also told the reception and without surprise, they didn't do anything and I did not get refunded.
We paid a lot of money for average service and facilities. So disapointed.
On a good note: the breakfast staff was nice, the hotel design looks cool and the localisation is great.

The bedroom felt so peaceful ! Amazing bed, japanese-style table, bath. The staff was truly helpful. It is very close so the South Gate of Xi'an City Wall

This hotel offered wonderful rooms at a very competitive rate. It is placed right by Xi'an's southern gate, and by some very cute neighborhoods.
The staff is not very proficient in English, but they go out of their way to provide service and help.
The room was quite amazing, however we found hairs in the bathtub from previous guests. We were offered bathtub covers as a solution.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel despite the fact that nobody spoke English. The room was elegant and cozy at the same time. The hotel is next to the city walls, there are many good restaurants around.
