When I made the reservation, there were only windowless double bed and romantic round bed rooms. The total difference was about 40 yuan. I thought I wanted a room with a window, so I chose the round bed room. The room was so big that there was an echo when I spoke. When I entered the room at around 8pm, there was a constant sound of water running on the roof, so I didn't pay attention. When I sat down on the bed around 10pm, I saw a bug on the sheets🐛. After cleaning it, I cleaned the stains on the sheets. I just asked the waiter to change the sheets because of a bug, so I thought I wouldn't bother others. (I want to say here that there were so many hairs on the sheet after I picked it up!! It was disgusting🤢And the lady who changed the sheets didn’t clean it, she just put the sheets on it) But the crux of the problem came, until around 12 o’clock in the middle of the night The sound of the water pipes running downstairs kept coming continuously, which kept me awake, and there was a particularly sudden "mining" sound. The sewer pipe is the air outlet on the top of the bed. It feels like I am sleeping on the toilet. Do family members understand? I hope you can avoid lightning in room 2266. I couldn't bear it anymore and asked the front desk. They said there was no room available for me to change. I said, how can I rest? There was no response from customers. After a negotiation, they changed me to a room opposite the elevator. It was around 12 o'clock in the middle of the night and I was dragging a bunch of luggage with me. I moved to another room, thinking I could sleep peacefully. As it turned out, the lack of soundproofing in this room was really driving people crazy. The sound of elevators, drunkards, and quarrels kept coming all night long! I'm really speechless! If you are able to change rooms, I really don’t recommend choosing this place. The facilities are too old due to the age, and the cleaning is very average. The carpet has a thick layer of dust, and the sofa is unsightly! The experience is really bad!

The service quality at the front desk needs to be improved. The room type purchased on Ctrip has breakfast, but the front desk said there is no breakfast. After several contacts, we finally agreed! Not pleasant! It feels a bit deliberately making things difficult!
