No cool air conditioning. Only circulation air. Room was warm and not comfortable. Light controls don’t work well.

Special thanks to Doria Li, a very kind front desk agent, always smiling and helping others. As we arrived we got a nice gift from the hotel as we got upgraded room to VIP room, it was clean with beautiful view.

The room is very suitable for business travelers. It is very quiet. Linda, the front desk lady, scanned a power bank for me for free when I said I didn't bring a charger and my phone was turned off. She was very considerate and could solve the problem for the guests in time. I had a very comfortable stay.
