The room facilities are OK, but the service attitude is terrible. In a hotel that costs 300-400 per night, asking the front desk for help is like being a thief and is not welcomed. The two young front desk staff are quite good, but there is an older female front desk staff who speaks Shaanxi dialect, who seems to be the front desk manager. When I asked her about something, she was very perfunctory and impatient. Not only did she not want to help, she also rolled her eyes at me. She has no sense of service and professionalism. I made a personal call during working hours, and she ignored me when she saw me waiting. She left me hanging for a few minutes, and finally did not help me. I had to ask other front desk staff to solve the problem. I stay in hotels all over the year, and I have never been treated like this even in Huazhu Club, which costs 100-200. Considering the level of the hotel, it is okay in the local area. Why do the staff have this attitude?
