This hotel’s location is very hard to find, and the name and the images listed are misleading. The AC was not working and you have to pay to watch TV, the bathroom was dirty and the sprinkler was broken. Not recommend.

The location is across from SKP depicted in the given picture. This made me circled around SKP for 1 hour asking for the location. People in the stall over G floor of the building were not aware of the hotel and pointed to SKP. It is not until a helping phone call from a taxi driver to locate the exact building / entrance.

The location is great, right next to the South Gate of the city wall, a few steps away from the metro station. The best shopping centers around, if you’re into that. Minutes away from the very heart of the city.
The rooms are clean and cozy. Really no complaints there. Also the stuff is very helpful and understanding. No problem with the late checkout, whatsoever.

Such an amazing hotel. The location is fantastic- right next to the sites. Actually I’m so happy with the service, I wish I could give them a 10 Star! The check in process was simple and the front house staff that serviced us was totally great and professional. This will be my preferred location in Xian. Hotel location is superb! Neat to subway station, shopping mall, food & one of the ancient city Wall Gate.
Though hotel stated operational since 2022, but room looked aged.
Door cannot be latched from inside hence safety is a concern. Need to bring valuables when we leave room.
Service of staff is good, rather responsive.

The apartment was clean and the staff were friendly. Location is also excellent. The sole improvement needed is that it was difficult to find because there was no signs outside the building.

First of all, let's talk about the advantages. This hotel apartment is just outside the Yongning Gate (South Gate) of the Xi'an City Wall, which is the main tourist attraction. It is very convenient to visit the city wall. You can see the panoramic view of the South Gate in the hotel elevator, and the surrounding transportation is very convenient.
Disadvantages, except for the good location and the relatively cheap price compared to other hotels, everything else can be said to be disadvantages.
There are many hair salons and other small shops in the corridor of the room where I live. People come and go, and it is impossible to take a lunch break.
The bed in the room where I live is ok, but the room is hygienic.
The most unbearable thing is that when I checked in, the highest temperature in Xi'an was over 30°, and there was no air conditioning in the room, and I was equipped with a small electric fan.
