We got the triple room. It was large and spacious. The hotel is new and very clean. The bed is super comfortable. The hotel is super convenient. Train station is right downstairs. Plenty of food and shopping around and close to bell and drum tower. Highly recommend to all.

The room is not big in Xi'an, where every inch of land is valuable, but it's OK. It has a big French window and is quite comfortable to live in. The auntie in the lobby is also very nice. It is quite complicated to take care her. But this hotel is the right answer, specially Miss Berry who understands our needs well. Full breakfast buffet with various food and wider room with balcony is perfect for us. I must recommend this hotel to my friends and suggest them to book premium room too.

We arrived at Xi'an North railway station from Chongqing around 11.30 pm. So, ibis hotel is one of the nearest hotels. We arrived by taxi & it costs only 10 Yuan & it is refundable by ibis hotel 👍. We washed & dried our clothes before traveling to our next destination. Breakfast is also nice & my son really loves the yogurt drink. The next morning, we went to the nearest subway station going to Xi'an city centre. It is walking distance & very convenient for our family of 3 (2 adults + 5 year old kid).
