"They sent reminders about transportation and shuttle services before my trip, which was very thoughtful. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were gentle-mannered and very service-oriented. It's right next to Metro Line 2, so transportation is convenient. The room was clean, and the panoramic view was quite good. It's next to the Bell Tower, but it wasn't as noisy as I expected. They also provided toiletries for children. Overall, a very satisfying stay! (I actually took a picture of the Drum Tower, hehe 😁)"

The room facilities were new and complete, with smart controls, soft bedding, and clean bathrooms – everything you need for maximum comfort. It was especially convenient for self-driving, as the hotel offers a free parking lot with ample spaces, so no extra cost for parking, which is very friendly for drivers. The rooftop terrace offers complimentary afternoon tea with a rich variety of snacks and drinks. Enjoying desserts while overlooking the Yongningmen city wall creates a fantastic view and atmosphere. The location is excellent, making it convenient for going out and exploring food. The amenities and benefits are comprehensive and practical, offering superb value for money. This is my top choice for staying in Xi'an, and I will definitely come back next time!"

"The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of the Bell Tower. Right outside, you have access to Metro Lines 2 and 6, which is a great alternative during rush hour, perfect for catching an early train to the station in the morning or heading to the Grand Tang Everbright City in the evening. The hotel also has a laundry room, and the staff are very friendly. For breakfast, they offer a variety of Xi'an-style noodles. They even have plenty of bottled water available for guests by the staircase, showing their attention to detail. This was my first time staying in a room with a 2.4-meter bed, and it was absolutely perfect for parents traveling with a 7-year-old child!"

"I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Star! Their service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Any request we had was met with an immediate response, and they truly went above and beyond, making our experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!"

It's less than a ten-minute walk to the Muslim Quarter, Drum Tower, and Bell Tower, and just a three-minute walk to Guangjijie Metro Station. 2. **Staff:** The front desk and housekeeping staff were professional and polite. Jennifer, the staff member we dealt with, helped arrange our room according to our check-in needs and even upgraded us to a twin-bedded room. The room was spacious, bright, comfortable, and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. We really appreciate your professional and meticulous service. 3. **Breakfast:** The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious; our child couldn't stop raving about it. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Five stars! I've already highly recommended it to my family and friends. 😊"

The hotel's overall decor is light luxury and grand, the exterior landscape is neat and upscale, the lobby is spacious and impressive with soft lighting, and the public areas are clean and refined. The meeting and lounge areas are tidy and elegant. The hallways are quiet and clean, free of clutter. The guest rooms are spacious, with clear divisions for work and relaxation. Desks and windowsills are dust-free, and the entire room is well-ventilated and dry with excellent soundproofing. The interior design is simple yet grand, and the overall environment is clean and tranquil. The smart assistant ('Xiao Du') adds a touch of sophistication. It's an excellent choice whether you're hosting clients or traveling alone for business, giving a very respectable impression."

"Step into history! Daming Palace Park is right on your doorstep! When I traveled to Xi'an, I specifically chose the Atour Hotel at Xi'an North Railway Station for convenience, and my stay far exceeded my expectations, especially the surrounding attractions. It truly made me exclaim, 'No wonder it's the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties!' Stepping out is like 'attending court'; you emerge directly at Danfeng Gate from the escalator of Metro Line 4's North Square exit. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to Xi'an Railway Station and the city wall, perfectly integrated into Xi'an's historical fabric. What was most impressive is that Xi'an North Railway Station Square is actually 'Danfeng Gate Square,' and as soon as you exit the station, you're greeted by magnificent Tang Dynasty palace architecture, as if instantly transported back to the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Daming Palace National Heritage Park is within walking distance, allowing you to experience the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty's political center. Walking south, the grey city wall adjoins the south station building of the railway station; exiting the station, you can touch the weighty historical evidence that confirms the lyrics, 'Under Xi'an people's city wall is Xi'an people's train,' hahaha. Getting to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, or seeing the night view of Datang Everbright City at the Big Wild Goose Pagoda is also extremely convenient. Whether by taxi or Metro Line 4, you can get there quickly, achieving a seamless transition between sightseeing and relaxation. Service: Neighborly care that makes you feel at home. As soon as I entered, I felt Atour's signature warm service. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, checked me in efficiently and quickly, and thoughtfully offered hot tea. They not only patiently explained nearby attractions and food recommendations but also, seeing that I had a lot of stuff, specially gave me a sturdy cloth bag and a small gift when I checked out. This feeling of being noticed and cared for was truly wonderful! Room facilities: Clean, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful details. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, and very well laid out, especially suitable for business trips. What I was most satisfied with was Atour's bedding – just the right firmness. Coupled with excellent soundproofing, I had a very quiet and peaceful night's rest. The cleaning auntie was also very prompt, and the bathroom was clean with a good wet-dry separation. Additionally, the hotel's self-service laundry room was a lifesaver, so practical for anyone traveling for a few days. Breakfast experience: Rich, delicious, and late-night comfort. Breakfast offered a wide variety, balancing taste and nutrition. There was freshly ground soy milk, freshly made mini adorable roujiamo (meat burgers), and various porridges, noodles, desserts, and fruits. The best part is that on weekends, it's available until 11 am, so you can sleep in and still enjoy it. If you return late after visiting Datang Everbright City at night, there's a 'late-night congee' service from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM. A hot bowl of congee with some small pickled vegetables instantly cures the fatigue of travel. Whether it's the location, the rich historical and cultural atmosphere, or the hotel's soft and hard services, Atour does an excellent job. If you're also visiting Xi'an and want to immerse yourself in the charm of the ancient capital, choosing this place offers great value for money. It's also very close to the Daming Palace Feast, about 500 meters walk, which is good for watching shows and eating. Haha, that's all for now. Just sharing my real experience~"

"I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday while traveling in Xi'an. I asked the hotel if they could arrange a birthday cake, and they readily agreed! Not only was the cake large, but it was also delicious – even better than ones you buy outside. I'm so grateful to the hotel for that. The breakfast was also very substantial. From the front desk to room service to the breakfast staff, everyone provided wonderfully comfortable and thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The only minor drawback was that the swimming pool had some floating lint when I checked in back in April, but it cleared up by the third day of my stay."
