Every city has its own reasons for people to miss it, and every hotel has its own sweet and warm memories. Xi'an Chanba Sheraton Hotel is the warmest and most unique one in my memory. I first stayed there when I came to the Olympic Sports Center to watch Wang Feng's concert last year. The one-night stay was very comfortable. The room was very good in terms of facilities, hygiene, and bedding. I also came to the Olympic Sports Center to watch the performance this time. I booked it again without hesitation. The service staff also contacted me warmly before check-in and helped me book a free shuttle bus. I have to give a thumbs up here! The tea bar in the lobby is also very unique. Take a rest here and all the fatigue of the whole day will disappear. Thanks to Wang Jiaru for her excellent service. This stay was really great! As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was healed by the warm light and fragrance. The front desk lady also handed me warm lemon water when I was doing the formalities. The freshly cooked wonton soup base is so fresh that I want to pack it up! When I checked out, I also received a souvenir-a small jar of local honey with the hotel logo printed on the packaging. I was instantly touched by this kind of thoughtfulness~ I will definitely stay here next time I come here, and recommend it to all friends who need to stay in the hotel!

The hotel also gave me a gift for attending a concert, and there's a check-in area on the first floor. The breakfast was also very good. Also, I accidentally left my U-shaped pillow on the sidewalk next to the hotel. After I checked out, the hotel manager, Ms. Zhou Yanping, checked the security cameras for me, found it, and mailed it back to me free of charge. I'll definitely stay here again for my next concert!

I found that the sound insulation is relatively poor during my daytime nap. People who don't rest well should bring earplugs when staying in, otherwise they will be woken up. The hotel's other supporting facilities are also relatively complete, and there are claw machines. The lobby is also spacious and stylish. Hygiene: The sanitation is very clean and there are enough trash cans, but I don't know why there are no trash bags in the trash cans. Will there be residual bacteria and pollutants when cleaning like this? Environment: We came to watch the concert, and the scene was quite atmospheric. Service: When I checked in, I didn't send the corresponding souvenirs from the ground. Anna, the night shift front desk, sent me two breakfasts. I asked that the souvenirs were not sent and she immediately made up for it. I was woken up by the neighbor's nap and immediately offered to delay my check-out until 4 o'clock. When I checked out, I also took the initiative to explain the noise. I also sent extra support cookies and support gifts made by the hotel. The service staff were very polite, sincere and enthusiastic. If you are going to a concert, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is about a ten-minute walk from the venue. You can come back to rest without queuing for a taxi after the show. Luggage storage is also very convenient. In addition, the breakfast tastes and variety are good. You can go before 10:30. You can sleep until 9 o'clock and still have time to eat. You can also have breakfast if you can't get up too early. It is suitable for young people. Hahaha Figure 5 is the room meal standard. I didn't have time to eat, but the price is still relatively cost-effective.

The hotel is also great. The transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station at the door. I just happened to go to Huaqing Pool and can get there by subway. The room is decorated with high-end, refrigerator, smart toilet, and hot water is very good. Mainly because I am traveling with my children. It is clean and tidy, which makes my stay very comfortable. Rest assured, the staff at the front desk are enthusiastic and patient, nice. I plan to stay a few more nights!

Spent three nights at the hotel (October 2-5), two adults and breakfast was included in the room rate. Cleanliness and comfort, everything is perfect. The food in the hotel is good too, mostly Chinese food and a little less European, which is expected. The location is good in relation to the subway, 14-15 minutes walk. The only thing that caused resentment and slightly affected the comfortable stay was the denial of currency exchange (which was part of the hotel's free service). I had to go up four times and wait for a change of staff to be told at some point ”you don't need to go to the bank, you can change dollars to yuan at our hotel since you are staying here”. On the first day when I asked this question - the girl at the front desk said they don't have this service and said to look for Bank of China separately, then I approached another girl again the next day, to which she said that it is still possible to change currency with them, but you have to wait for my end date of stay with them. Then I went to the guy at the counter again in the evening and he said that currency can be changed even earlier, just wait until 9 am. Finally, the morning of the 4th day came and I exchanged dollars for yuan, they accepted a maximum of 200 dollars for exchange. This is probably the first ridiculous case in all my trips. Conclusion: be persistent in your desires and don't hesitate to remind the staff of what you need.

The facilities are complete, the shower water is large, the bath is very comfortable, the fitness equipment is simple and easy to use, the breakfast is rich and complete, the breakfast is 39 yuan, but it was given to us for free. You can park for free when you check in. There are many parking spaces. I will come again.
