Xi'an Xincheng District Hotels

Excellent hotel! We loved the room. New and modern. We stayed in a room with a king-size bed, which has a wall-to-wall window. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, well laid out, and featured a Dyson hairdryer. The hotel’s location is perfect. It’s practically next to the Bell Tower, almost right across from a metro station, and just a 5-minute walk from the Muslim Quarter and a mall. The breakfast is Chinese-style, but we really liked it. As for the staff, I have nothing but praise. They were extremely attentive, thoughtful, and very helpful — special mention to the staff member Xiao Wang, who was a true example of excellent service and went above and beyond to make us happy.

overall it's a veeery beautiful place and the hotel design is also wonderful, everything has been thought out (additional options included in the price for guests are very nice) but the room cleaning service shouldn't look like this. I was only there for two nights so it wasn't a big problem, but after returning after a whole day of sightseeing I would like at least the bed to be made properly (and not left in the same condition as I did) the same with the rubbish... There was a dirty stain on the entrance to the room/bathroom from the very beginning and we left it hoping that the next day the service would do its job, but it seems to me that the floor is not cleaned at all (which seems strange when it is required to take off shoes... all socks are black). Breakfast for vegetarians is very poor and even an egg is placed between meat... :( + in other hotels the employees helped us with picking up the ordered food without any problems (it's hard to eat something without meat in China), but here it seems to me that it caused a problem (strange because it seems that the Chinese themselves order something all the time) and there was no menu from the ”restaurant” of this hotel as it is written in trip.com or it was not offered to me so in short I recommend it but the cleanliness should be improved and there should be some place to leave orders

We had a pleasant stay and were able to sleep soundly throughout the night. The room was spacious and the location was excellent, situated near the Bell Tower. In the evening, around 10 p.m., numerous food stalls appeared right in front of the hotel, which was a delightful bonus for us as we enjoy street food. Check-in and check-out were efficient and seamless. The hotel staff stationed by the elevator were particularly courteous, always greeting us warmly and providing directions whenever needed.

Location of hotel was good and less than 20 minute walk to the Bell and Drum Towers & Muslim quarters food area.  Several restaurants and shops near nearby. Bed was very comfortable and very soft towels supplied.  Liked the Smart features the Bathroom offered.  Huge TV , only in local language.   Downside the room had an artificial window, room was adjacent to another room therefore no privacy.  Nice laundry room with dryers.  WeChat was used to communicate to front desk.

1: The room is very clean and the environment is nice and quiet. 2: Convenient transportation, very convenient to Metro Line 1 and Line 4, just 3-5 minutes walk 3: The room is spacious and bright, the air conditioning responds quickly, and the facilities are well maintained. Great stay experience. Highly recommend.

After searching for a long time online, I found this garden-style hotel. I originally booked Building 3, but the hotel upgraded me to Building 2 (Xi'an Luxury Mercure People's Building). The hotel was originally a guesthouse of the provincial government, hidden in the garden, with a calm architectural style and has gone through the years. The interior decoration is full of Chinese cultural heritage, simple, low-key and meaningful. The check-in environment is quiet and tidy, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The service is polite and makes people feel at home. Special praise for the three service staff Lu Feifei, Ren Huanting and Wang Yiming. Suggestions: 1. Add some local special snacks (mini version) to breakfast to increase the experience of tourists; 2. Set the breakfast to be flexible (that is, you can book it after staying, or cancel a meal temporarily), so that guests can go out to experience Xi'an's folk morning market.

Great location along a street full of local delights. Roomkeeping was attentive. Service, however, was the star of the show - and a special shout out to Jianguo Son from the concierge (apologies if I got your name wrong), who was very patient and enthusiastic in answering all our questions on the attractions, how to get there, what to do, what to eat etc. He also managed to secure us some last-minute tickets to 长恨歌, which was sold out on the platforms that I checked. Thanks again to Jianguo for making our visit to Xi'an very memorable, and I will not hesitate to stay again at Hilton Xi'an in the future. 

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we were not disappointed. Helpful staff, Clean and modern hotel in unbeatable location. The mattress was very comfortable especially for me who has back problem. We particularly loved sitting on the balcony eating delicious roast whole chicken and New Orleans chicken wings from KFC next door and watching the busy streets at the same time. Lastly, We would like to thank reception staff 小王& others, for helping to keep our parcels . Not forgetting housekeeping staff for making our stay an enjoyable experience. Many thanks also to 胡晓红, for her delicious fruits and helping me with the tours. It was nice meeting her again. We will definitely go back.

Good hotel, well located. Good breakfast and gym. The pool is recreative, not suitable for swimmers. The rooms are old, and so are the air-conditioning units that are noisy and sometimes do not work, like happened to us. Our room had a weird configuration with windows from the bedroom to the bathroom, so, no privacy. We had to hang some towels to block the visuals and have your moment, to yourself. If you are ok with sharing ”those” moments with your companions, then, not a big issue. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful.

We received warm welcome by the front desk staff called xiao lu. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The breakfast consists of both chinese and western options and is one of the better breakfast we had in similar grade hotel. We will come back again.
