The hotel is conveniently located, not too rowdy. The service & ammenities are great. Everything that u need, housekeeping is good but can be better, ie they did not replenish the toilet rolls, we stayed in a family room for 4 pax, the usage is high. But overall i would give a 9/10.

Came to Xi'an for a visit, booked this hotel recommended by a friend online, called the front desk in advance to reserve a larger room, and also provided free luggage storage. The bed in the room was very comfortable, the pillows were very soft, and the service attitude was particularly good, worthy of praise! good

First time staying here, saw high ratings online. I decided to come and experience it, and it was worth the trip. The front desk staff, Mr. Li, provided very good and enthusiastic service, and was responsive to every request. The mineral water was unlimited. The call was connected in one second, and the guest listened to my request patiently. I have to give a thumbs up. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was soft and comfortable, the room had good lighting and was very quiet. I brought my baby with me, and they also gave me children's toiletries. Parking is convenient around here. You can borrow reading books at the front desk. There is also a shadow puppet show when you leave. I will come again next time. It is worth recommending.
