Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service! I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The free shuttle service to/from the train station and Line 4 subway was incredibly convenient and made my travels hassle-free. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean—perfect for relaxing after a long day. What truly stood out, though, was the staff: friendly, warm, and always eager to help. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I booked this hotel because I arrived very late on the high-speed train into the north xian railway station. Took a short taxi ride to get here. While English is not readily spoken, the staff and service were fantastic and did what it took to help me out with any questions I had. Very kind. Location is about a five minute walk to line 14 subway stop, which goes to the airport. It feels like 40 minutes or so to the center of xian on the subway. There is a street near by with many great restaurants. I think this place would be equivalent to a suburb, with high rise apartments. It was really cool at night to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city and see this side of how Chinese live. Really, it was my favorite part of my trip to Xian. The hotel was very clean. Staff excellent. Only compliant is Chinese smokers in a hotel. I carries through the vents of an otherwise clean and inviting hotel. Advice to hotel... stop the smokers before they ruin the smell of your hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

Room did smell of smoke but with AC it was manageable. It’s a pity that 1 of the washing machines was broken and the other one was occupied wherever I checked unfortunately :( The hand shower knob was broken. Toilet paper roll was too tiny for 2 days for a couple so make sure to replenish everyday.

Nice hotel. Near by shopping center and restaurants. Near to Metro and easy to access to anywhere through Metro. Receptionist very nice, polite and helpful. Great delicious breakfast.

Hotel near to Xi'an North railway station & we got free station transfer service from hotel to the railway station. Hotel very comfy & clean. The front desk staff also very helpful even though he & she can't speak in English.

Good fluent English speaking staff as you would expect from a 5 star hotel in China. JW Marriot high levels of quality as you'd expect with beautiful rooms, great facilities & lovely staff. Cleaning lady in pool area was very patient with my kids, appreciated. And room service was very helpful with all my wife's requests - cleaning lady put in a great effort. Fantastic time here overall.

The front desk service is very good. The rooms are equipped with antibacterial bedding + mute floor heating, smart toilet with warm air drying, and the executive floor is equipped with free mineral water and charging treasure. Breakfast is rich, there is freshly cooked soy milk, 7:00-10:00 continuous supply. 24-hour hot water + disposable disinfection supplies are super safe, 200+ yuan / night cost-effective crushing hotel in the same location!

The room was very clean, the facilities were new, and the service was excellent. Even before I entered, the staff came out to help me with my suitcase. The hotel also gave me a gift for attending a concert, and there's a check-in area on the first floor. The breakfast was also very good. Also, I accidentally left my U-shaped pillow on the sidewalk next to the hotel. After I checked out, the hotel manager, Ms. Zhou Yanping, checked the security cameras for me, found it, and mailed it back to me free of charge. I'll definitely stay here again for my next concert!

We are very satisfaction with this hotel. The room is very big and clean and comfort. The staffs are very friendly and helpfull. As our flight is at night, the hotel gives us late cek out until 3:00 pm. And the staffs (Rika, Grace, Cassie) and help us to order taxi to airport. Very recommend this hotel 👍👍👍

Who knows, family members! This time, the hotel experience was completely maximized! As soon as I entered the room, I saw the prepared slippers. The cartoon shape was super cute, the texture was soft and comfortable, and it was super comfortable to step on barefoot. It was full of details, and I loved staying here! I ordered takeout in the evening, and the front desk helped to deliver it to the room and also provided gloves. The pizza, crayfish, and pasta were super delicious. The table in the room was of the right size and it was super convenient to set up the meal. When I was eating, I found that paper towels were also prepared. It really took care of every aspect. This stay experience is simply invincible. The staff is warm and thoughtful, and the facilities are thoughtful and practical. I will stay here next time and must recommend it to my friends!
