I was quite astonished by the welcoming gift from the esteemed Mr. Wang while I was having breakfast. His fluent English greatly assisted me during my stay at the hotel. I am truly thankful to have encountered such a friend. The service provided by this hotel is exceptionally professional. I intend to return here on my next visit.

The staff greeted us with warm smiles, the hotel lobby was simple yet elegant, and the room environment was spotlessly clean with everything neatly arranged. Evan and the staffs there are very well trained in providing superb excellent services to travellers whild my stay with them. all of them know what is extra miles and willing to go beyond extra miles for travellers. Kudos to holiday inn for having excellent staff. Especially i would like to praise evan for helping me to courier my item to sg when i am having diffculties in arranging for a courier pick up in xi an. He willing to go extra miles and keep me updated also the status and trying to find other courier companies to see whether they can help me mail out the other items. -Redy

Had a really great stay! After booking, I connected with a staff member on WeChat, which made communication incredibly convenient. When I was running late, I simply messaged them, and they kindly prepared a late-night mianpi for me. The most thoughtful touch was the pick-up service: they arranged a female staff member, which really put my mind at ease as a solo female traveler checking in late at night. What's more, the initial subway drop-off service was flexibly changed to a train station drop-off based on my needs. Overall, I was very impressed. The room was also spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

Since the hotel is renovated, the facilities are very new and clean, and the smart toilet is also very nice. We came to Xi'an to play for a few days and stayed here for three days, but the cleaning sister did not seem to do a good job of cleaning service in the later period. Every night, I returned to the hotel and did not wash the toilet and do a good job of supplies. I stayed for three days except for the daily supply of bottled water. Tea bags, coffee and disposable toiletries were not replenished, and those who stayed on the first day were not available. I hope it can be seriously improved. The front desk lady was very warm and polite, and also sent a breakfast ticket, but the breakfast was lacking and rich, more ordinary, maybe because tourists who come to Xi'an will go to the morning market?

Convenient for transfer trip's, kind of near train station, but anyway need take Didi coz far for walk special if you have bags. Nearby buch of good local food restaurants. Friendly stuff, help with delivery receiving.

Last time I visited Xi'an, I stayed at the InterContinental. This time, looking for a new experience, I opted for the Xi'an Hai Rong JW Marriott Hotel. It just goes to show, there's always something better out there; Chinese hotels are truly raising the bar! We drove to the hotel, and the parking lot, which is shared with adjacent office buildings, offers complimentary parking. Metro Line 4 is within walking distance, offering convenient access to Xi'an City Wall and Daming Palace. A large shopping mall right next door adds to the convenience. The lobby features soaring high ceilings and an open layout. The 'Ten Thousand Horses Galloping' art installation on the first floor is quite artistic and playful. The sky lobby on the 38th floor beautifully blends traditional Chinese elements with modern design. Inside the rooms, thoughtful Terracotta Warrior-themed decorative details subtly highlight the region's unique heritage. Guest rooms are generously spacious, and the twin beds are 1.35 meters wide, which is perfect for families traveling with children. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and floor-to-ceiling windows filled the room with ample natural light. The night view from our 34th-floor room was particularly captivating. The bathroom features a smart wet/dry separation and boasts luxurious marble finishes. The bathtub even came equipped with bath salts, a nice touch. A 500 RMB deposit was required upon check-in, primarily for potential minibar charges. As we stayed on an executive floor, we had access to the executive lounge. While the variety of food wasn't extensive, the quality was consistently high. The evening happy hour, in particular, offered a diverse selection of hot dishes and tempting desserts. The main breakfast buffet, blending Chinese and Western options, was exceptional. Local specialties like Hulu Tou and Rou Jia Mo were incredibly authentic and delicious. It's truly not to be missed, offering an extensive variety of choices and excellent flavors that our child absolutely loved. Service was consistently prompt and efficient, with attentive care provided throughout our entire stay, from check-in to check-out. We'll definitely choose the JW Marriott again on our next visit to Xi'an. It truly lives up to the top-tier Marriott standard. And finally, regarding the price: for less than 1,000 RMB, you can indulge in a day of luxurious living – truly a fantastic value!

The front desk staff noticed I had a child with me and kindly upgraded us to a suite. The room was spacious and bright, which my child absolutely adored. Since we were climbing Mount Huashan and had to leave by 5:30 AM the next morning (before breakfast started at 6 AM), the front desk thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us to pick up in the lobby. This level of consideration was truly impressive. We would definitely book here again if we have the opportunity.

My friend and I spent a weekend in Xi'an, and Yunyue Hotel turned out to be a fantastic choice! The location is perfect - just a short walk from the metro station, which connects directly to the high-speed railway station and even leads all the way to the Terracotta Army. The hotel is situated in a quiet, modern residential area, offering a peaceful retreat - something we truly appreciated after the usual hustle and bustle of China. Nearby, there’s a lovely park, a supermarket, and plenty of cafés, making it convenient for quick meals or snacks. Getting to the city center takes about 35-40 minutes by metro. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a pleasant scent of incense in the hallway. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room had all the essentials: slippers, shower flip-flops, toothbrush and toothpaste, an electric kettle, bottled water, and even a universal power adapter - a thoughtful touch for international travelers! The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver in the July heat. We also appreciated the blackout electric curtains - a nice modern touch! Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay. Overall, Yunyue Hotel offers excellent value for money - great location, comfort, and service. Highly recommended for travelers who want a quiet, convenient, and pleasant stay in Xi'an!

The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, the facilities are convenient, the new intelligent voice is very convenient, the front desk has a good service, nothing to say, the enthusiasm is high, the basic is responsive, the price is affordable, the parking is free, and the stay is very satisfactory!
