Thank you to the front desk. My parents were traveling alone, so they helped upgrade the room and also provided a late check-out. The environment was good, clean and tidy, the service was good, and they responded to all requests.

We checked in around 12 min night and was served by Ms Loopy. She also slept helpful to share with us where we could get our yummy supper and also sending us various links that we could explore for the next two days. The room was spacious compared to other other hotels we have stayed during this trip. Upon knowing one of the rooms were celebrating their wedding anniversary, she made a personalised card for them in the wee hour. The toilets were also very spacious with both a shower and a large bathtub which were both very enjoyable. The only shortfall was we were unavailable to swim in the pool as we were not aware of the requirement to wear a cap. Suggest the hotel to keep visitors informed of the detail prior to others' trip. During my stay at Mr. Wu's hotel the service was really good and the rooms were clean and very comfortable, has an elegant decor. I was impressed by the efficient check-in process of the hotel. They allowed me to check in early, at about 10 am. And also greeted with warm tea, even offered welcoming fruits. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. (I already checked out but wanted to travel around the city a little bit and they even let me leave my luggage at the hotel for 4 days without getting any money from me which was super sweet 🥰)

It is a state guesthouse and a garden hotel. The whole environment has a high greening rate and fresh air. The service is very good, especially the front desk manager Zhou, manager Li and housekeeper Xiao Ni. They serve the guests first. They upgraded the room if there was room available that day, and arranged a tour bus to explain the history of the hotel. Manager Li has a wide range of knowledge, professional introduction, enthusiasm and patience, which left a particularly good impression on us. The restaurant has an elegant environment, fresh ingredients, rich varieties, and delicious dim sum. It is worth recommending.

The hotel has convenient parking, there is a school in front, the environment is good, the front desk service is warm, the service staff is very enthusiastic, the room area is not large, the facilities are average, some areas need to be improved

We had an excellent stay. We were a group of 6. Our rooms were spacious. All staff looked after us very well, particularly Lisa. They really went out of their way for us including kids toiletries and slippers. The breakfast was extensive with everything you could think of. We are were very happy and will be back!

The receptionist DaisyLi was friendly and attentive. She helped arrange a high-floor room with a great view. It was a pleasant stay. The welcome fruit in the room was fresh and delicious. The details were thoughtful and considerate.

This time when I checked into the hotel, there was a moment that touched me very much, and I must praise the lady at the front desk. That day, I dragged my luggage to the hotel to check in. After a lot of trouble, my mobile phone had only 1% battery left and was about to shut down, but I still had important information to check, and I was anxious. The lady at the front desk was sharp-eyed and noticed that I was staring at my phone and worried. She smiled and asked me if my phone was out of power. Without waiting for my answer, she said, ”Please wait a moment.” Then she turned and went into the inner room. After a while, she came out with a charger and said that this was what she usually used, so I took it to charge first. I quickly took the charger, and my heart warmed up all of a sudden. After charging, the phone finally recovered its ”vitality”, and I checked in smoothly. The lady's move was so thoughtful. She reached out to me when I needed help the most, which made me feel full of kindness. Such warm and thoughtful service makes people feel very comfortable. I must give a big thumbs up to the lady at the front desk, and I am also happy that the hotel has such employees. I will definitely choose this hotel when I stay here in the future!

I am very satisfied with my booking, especially the breakfast which was so rich and full of appetite. The dishes are very light and there are many kinds. Not greasy or greasy. The lady at the front desk of the restaurant is very enthusiastic and has a sweet smile. The service was attentive and it was the best breakfast I have ever had. Because I had something to do in the morning, I ate half of my meal and was about to leave, but I wasn’t full yet. The lady at the front desk said that we can take it away, which is really nice. I packed some food for the road, which made me feel embarrassed because I can’t pack it for buffets outside. All in all, the service is considerate and the facilities are complete. The breakfast is rich and the food is delicious.
