Although not in the very heart of the city, its proximity to a subway station and a shopping mall makes it a high-end, peaceful oasis. It's incredibly convenient for visiting attractions like the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring comfortable bedding, a fantastic bathtub view, and a well-stocked mini-bar. Quality shines through in every detail. Every staff member is warm, professional, and remembers guests' names. Sophie, attentive to guest experience, arranged a thoughtful birthday gift upon learning of my celebration. Celia beautifully decorated my room and provided fruits and a cake. Breakfast boasts a rich variety of delicious options, with the authentic local specialty snacks being a definite highlight. Highly recommended for both business travelers and leisure vacationers alike!

It is my first time to stay in this hotel. The room is very large, with good lighting and complete room facilities. Free fruit snacks, afternoon tea and midnight snacks are provided. Our family stayed in this hotel for 5 nights on our summer vacation. We have traveled to a lot of different places around the world, but Radisson Red Xi’an is definitely on the top list. The facility is very new and modern, rooms are clean, breakfast buffet is high quality and meets different needs. The location is great too. Subway is a few steps away from the hotel, you can easily go visit anywhere in the city by subway. And you also have free self service laundry, which is so convenient. The staff are friendly. Allen at the front desk is a great person. He is polite and provides a lot of help to us. It is highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit!

The premium, pressure-relieving bedding was incredibly comfortable; lying down felt like being enveloped by clouds. The bathroom featured a modern wet/dry separation, an amazing rain shower, and amenities with a wonderfully soothing fragrance. The facilities were impeccable, but the service truly stood out with its warmth and personalized touch. This wasn't just a stay; it was a memorable highlight of my trip. Highly recommended – I would absolutely choose to stay here again!

The hotel service is really good! This is my first time staying in this hotel when I came to Xi'an. The environment is very good! The decoration is very warm. The girl at the front desk enthusiastically introduced me to the attractions and food in Xi'an. The guy at the front desk also handled the problem in a timely manner and reminded me that there was an umbrella in the room. I will stay in this hotel again next time. It is worth recommending. When I left, I was given a small gift. It was really thoughtful. I was also given 2 bottles of water to take with me. It was a great experience.

From Annie's initial contact after booking to confirm my check-in time, through the smooth check-in process and my entire stay, the front desk team was incredibly pleasant and always greeted us with sweet smiles. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and proactively introduced the hotel's facilities. Annie's thoughtful and attentive arrangements made our Xi'an trip even more perfect. The hotel's breakfast was a delightful surprise. It offered a wide variety of options, featuring not only a range of classic Chinese dishes but also exquisite Western pastries, fresh fruits, salads, and more, truly catering to the diverse tastes of all guests. The comfortable dining environment made the meal a truly pleasant experience. Once again, I'd like to thank Annie for her warm hospitality, which made my Xi'an trip even more wonderful.

The hygiene needs to be improved. The towels are stained, the chairs are dirty, there is a lot of limescale on the bathroom floor, the skirting boards at the door are rotten and broken. Many details are not ideal. This room type is suitable for one person. First, it is small in size, and second, the bathroom and toilet share a door, which is inconvenient for two people.

Near May Day, I chose this hotel because of a business trip. But this hotel does make me feel different. Entering the lobby, the service staff greeted me politely and saw me with my luggage. The first time I took the initiative to help me mention it, I will also introduce the smart devices in the room in detail when I check in, and I will also recommend some surrounding food, as well as transportation explanations. The elevator exit will also have mineral water. I forgot to bring water when I went out. It can also be convenient without going back to the room to get it. The details are full. The room is spacious and comfortable, and there is no need to say about hygiene, clean and tidy. The bathroom is also separated from wet and dry. I like the smell of hand sanitizer provided. The facilities are also good, laundry room, gym are available; the parking lot at the door is also very large, the other is that the meals provided are also good, the breakfast is rich, there is afternoon tea, supper. The taste is also very good! This hotel made this trip very satisfactory.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, perfect for exploring. The front desk service was consistently excellent, and I found the down pillows in the room incredibly comfortable. Being so close to a subway station made getting to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda a breeze. Overall, the hotel offers fantastic value for money, and I highly recommend it. A lovely touch was the small bear plushie I received from the front desk, and complimentary mung bean soup was offered in the evenings. The screen mirroring feature in the room was also very convenient, and any requests were handled with impressive speed.
