Hotels in Dayan Pagoda/The Grand Tang Mall, Xi'an

The Westin has a prime location which saved us a lot of time on visiting the grand tang mall and longest day Chang’an. The staff Nico and her team are very swift and efficient responding to our requests. They also offer high quality breakfast. The only thing we are not very impressed is the dark theme color of the room as we like the bright and light interior color. But I guess that is the ancient Chinese style.

This is my second stay at the Wyndham Grand Xian South, （西安豪享来温德姆至尊酒店）and every experience here has been full of delightful surprises. This time, upon arrival, the front desk staff, Zoe and Kiko, warmly assisted me with the check-in process. It was not only incredibly efficient but also genuinely thoughtful, making me feel truly welcomed. Their smiles and professional service instantly lifted my spirits, turning a tiring day into a pleasant one. The hotel offers unbeatable value for money. The rooms are not only comfortable but also well-equipped with everything you might need. The gym is well-furnished, and the buffet is rich with a variety of options, showcasing the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. At night, the view from the room, with its magical lights, creates a dreamy and romantic atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. In addition, the hotel’s prime location is another highlight. It is conveniently located near the Great Tang Ever Bright City and the newly opened MixC shopping mall, with numerous famous Shaanxi cuisine restaurants in the vicinity. This makes it not only an exceptional place to stay but also a perfect base for exploring Xian. Without a doubt, this will always be my first choice whenever I visit this city!

I had an amazing stay at Gran Melia Xi'an. The hotel's blend of traditional and modern architecture is stunning. My room was spacious, with a beautiful view, comfortable amenities, and excellent Wi-Fi. The dining options are fantastic, especially the Amber Palace Indian Restaurant. The fitness center, indoor pool, and spa were great for relaxation. Located near Tang Paradise and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, it's perfect for sightseeing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, a luxurious and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

It was one the best experiences we have ever had , the location is fantastic, next to a walking street which lead to several nice shopping mall where you can find all sorts of of food ! The hotel itself was were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely i will stay here again.

Excellent location, even more convenient than the other hotel I booked near the wall. MTR station 大雁塔站 is within 2-min walk, famous music fountain at 7pm and 9pm is within 3- min walk, with hundreds of food stalls and souvenirs nearby. The facilities don’t look the best but the 3-person room (with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) is very comfy. Bed sheets and pillow are clean, shower water is stable, hot enough and powerful. Room is spacious. Don’t expect much from the breakfast which is normal. But we could eat until 10am though the official time is 7-9:30am. If you go on an early trip after 6:30, the hotel could pack breakfast for you. Definitely a good stay for families. Plus, you could get bottled water anytime. Staff is very friendly, even helped me contact the 2nd hotel for me. Dinner at 不夜城 is reasonably priced too. Near in mind I went there before 1st May, less crowded than normal.

My 3rd hotel stay in Xi’an. This was the BEST hotel of all. Location : 10/10 it is just a 5minutes stroll walk to the l 不夜城, the most famous street where u can find lots of restaurants, night scenes and shopping. Cleanliness : 10/10 their hotel room is very very clean with a touch of 复古feel. Services : Specially thanks to Miss Angel ( 樱花女士）, she greeted me when I just check into the hotel at the reception. She was simply a beautiful and graceful lady and she’s very very helpful. Gave me her WeChat contact and I could ask her anything. Even I need to order some food from outside, she did her very best to guide me patiently. She was one of the best hotel staff of all that I’ve met before. Room : 10/10 I took the suite room as I love balcony. The room is big enough and also the balcony is big. Look at my pictures where I can have nice scenery at their garden in the night time. Food : their breakfast food is the best of the 3 hotels that I’ve stayed so far. Food is tasty and almost all the 西安小吃also have. I will definitely come back again next time if I come to Xi’An.

Transportation and location: The location is very good 👍 There is a subway station at the exit, and there is a shuttle bus to the Tang Dynasty City, which is very convenient. You must choose this hotel when traveling with children and the elderly, it is super convenient. Surrounding environment: There are restaurants downstairs, fruit shops and convenience stores opposite, and shopping malls are 5 minutes away on foot. Hotel environment: The environment is very good, the room is very clean and tidy, and the facilities and equipment are also very complete. The pillows of Atour are really good 👍 I also bought Atour pillows at home. ❤️The service of the hotel is really considerate. When the porridge arrives late at night, noodles and glutinous rice balls will be cooked. This is the only Atour I have lived in for several years. The service staff at the front desk are very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Xi'an. It is also very enjoyable to read a book on the first floor.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The front desk was incredibly friendly and attentive, when she noticed that I booked 5 nights, she immediately upgraded my room to ensure that I had the best possible experience staying there. The room was spotless, bed was comfortable and I loved the Jurlique lavender hand lotion they provided, such a thoughtful touch! The location of the hotel was unbeatable, just a few steps away from Tayenta metro exit C, and it just a short walk to the bustling 大唐不夜城。 I stayed there for 5 nights and I truly didn’t want to leave, I will definitely stay here again if I visit Xian again. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
