I went to Xi'an with my almost 2-year-old child and my parents. I have been paying attention to this homestay for a long time. This time I finally stayed in the homestay. The location of the homestay is very good. The environment in the community is very quiet, with many shades and beautiful environment. The children like it very much, and the elderly also like it. The sandwiches, coffee, milk and soy milk in the morning are also very good.

The hotel's front desk staff were incredibly friendly and check-in was lightning-fast. I had originally booked two windowless rooms, but they generously upgraded one of them to a room with a window at no extra charge. The overhead shower had fantastic water pressure, the shampoo left my hair feeling soft (not dry), and the hairdryer even had both hot and cold settings. In the lobby, complimentary drinks, biscuits, and candies were available; the biscuits were especially tasty, although I didn't catch the brand. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the watermelon and cantaloupe were wonderfully sweet. There's also a gym on site. During check-out, a lovely lady at the front desk gave my baby a small gift – it was truly the first time I've ever received a gift from a hotel! All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

The pillows of Atour are really good 👍 I also bought Atour pillows at home. ❤️The service of the hotel is really considerate. When the porridge arrives late at night, noodles and glutinous rice balls will be cooked. This is the only Atour I have lived in for several years. The service staff at the front desk are very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Xi'an. It is also very enjoyable to read a book on the first floor.
