This is a great hotel majestically located beside a subway station and opposite a street food heaven and shopping complex. This hotel is dated but it exudes greatness and warmth. All the hotel staff are very friendly, helpful , accomodative and radiates good attitude. The rooms are well decorated, spacious well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was superb, the restaurants serve anthentic Contonese dishes and dim sum, while the fusion grill house serves great pirk chops. Looking for to bring my family to stay here during our holidays

It’s a pretty old Hotel, which you can feel and smell! We booked Executive Suite with balcony or terrace- we were told there are no balcony’s- but there are! The air conditioning did not work in one of the suites, so we had to move to a smaller one! Mini-Bar was empty.The dinner time in the lounge is too short- only 2Hours- everything is cleaned and closed exactly after 2Hours!!! The bar was closed before 10pm even though it was supposed to be open till 11 pm! The housekeeping was very good and the service very quick! Breakfast is a huge variation of everything!

Especially Derek from the concierge, his service attitude was impressive. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, Derek greeted me warmly, took the initiative to help me with my luggage, and patiently answered all my questions, making me feel very friendly. During my stay, Derek also took the initiative to introduce me to the surrounding tourist attractions, which provided a lot of convenience for my trip. His professionalism and enthusiasm made me feel the warmth of home. The service of the lady at the front desk is also first-rate and her smile is warm. The hotel's rooms are spacious and bright, with modern decoration and comfortable beds. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good, which can meet the needs of different tastes. The hotel's gym and pool facilities are also very good.

The hotel environment is very good, the staff is friendly and the service is thoughtful, and every place is clean and tidy. It takes half an hour from Xianyang Airport to the hotel without traffic jams, and the transportation is also very convenient. There is a cloud bar nearby, and it is only one road away from Huanpu Science and Technology Park. The room supplies are complete, the bedding is clean and comfortable, the toiletries are very good, and I personally like the fragrance very much. The breakfast offers a variety of Chinese, Western and local specialties. There is no repetition every day during a week-long business trip. In the middle, I invited friends to eat in the Chinese restaurant, the service was thoughtful, and I tasted local specialties.
