When the porridge arrives late at night, noodles and glutinous rice balls will be cooked. This is the only Atour I have lived in for several years. The service staff at the front desk are very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Xi'an. It is also very enjoyable to read a book on the first floor.

This hotel was recommended by a friend when I was out traveling. The environment is very good and everything in the room is new. I asked the front desk to help with the wake-up service for my train ticket at 6:00 in the morning. The wake-up service was very punctual and the service was very good. The hotel's front desk staff were incredibly friendly and check-in was lightning-fast. I had originally booked two windowless rooms, but they generously upgraded one of them to a room with a window at no extra charge. The overhead shower had fantastic water pressure, the shampoo left my hair feeling soft (not dry), and the hairdryer even had both hot and cold settings. In the lobby, complimentary drinks, biscuits, and candies were available; the biscuits were especially tasty, although I didn't catch the brand. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the watermelon and cantaloupe were wonderfully sweet. There's also a gym on site. During check-out, a lovely lady at the front desk gave my baby a small gift – it was truly the first time I've ever received a gift from a hotel! All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.
