1. I arrived at 4 PM and had to wait half an hour in the lobby before checking in. 2. The room was on the top floor, at the very end. The elevator was very noisy at night, making intermittent noises. Light sleepers should consider this; I couldn't sleep until 3 AM and had to ask the front desk for earplugs. 3. The next day, I was moved to a different room. The room cleaning took a very long time, the same problem as when I first checked in. The new room also had a strong smell of smoke. An air purifier was placed in the room, but it was ineffective; I felt very choked while trying to sleep. I suggest that for rooms with a strong smoke smell, the comforter and pillows should be changed when changing the bedding. Changing only the pillowcases and comforter won't improve the smell, as the smoke has seeped into the comforter and pillows, which absorb odors easily. 4. When checking out, the front desk asked if I was satisfied with my stay. I said I wasn't, the room had too much smoke. The front desk only said, ”Oh, the smoke is too strong, is that so?” without offering any apology or promises of improvement. Newly opened hotels need a lot of improvement; I really can't give a good review this time.

The room itself was also a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and tidy overall, with no strange odors. The bedding was spotless and comfortable, and the room was decorated in a cozy way that made you feel right at home. All the facilities were well-maintained and easy to use, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. But the highlight has to be the service from the front desk staff – genuinely warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, every interaction showed their professionalism and friendliness. They answered all our questions and even proactively offered local travel tips, making us feel incredibly welcome, almost like coming home.
