I booked a 3 night stay and it was the best choice ever. Location was literally opposite a night market with awesome street food and shopping, and right in the heart of Xi’An. I would like to specially commend Lucy for accommodating to my request for window view despite the hotel being almost fully booked, for answering all my enquiries promptly and patiently, and also for making my trip in Xi’An so lovely. This is a great hotel majestically located beside a subway station and opposite a street food heaven and shopping complex. This hotel is dated but it exudes greatness and warmth. All the hotel staff are very friendly, helpful , accomodative and radiates good attitude. The rooms are well decorated, spacious well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was superb, the restaurants serve anthentic Contonese dishes and dim sum, while the fusion grill house serves great pirk chops. Looking for to bring my family to stay here during our holidays

The location of the hotel is excellent. Within 2 minutes walk to the Bell Tower, 3 minutes walk to train station and about 10 minutes walk to the muslim quarters. There are souvenirs and convenience shops nearby too. The hotel room is nice and spacious with many USB sockets to charge your iphones, tablets. Bottled water is readily available at the lobby and every floor and there are powerbank (for a fee) at the lobby too. Breakfast was a hearty meal with a variety of food choices for the Western and Asian taste buds. There's even a counter permanently stationed at the lobby if you are interested in booking tours but do bear in mind the person in charge speaks mandarin but there are English speaking tours. will definitely return if I visit Xi'An again.

Location is great. So near to many attractions. Subway is round the corner. Clean hotel, housekeeper did a good job. Front desk staff friendly and accomodating. Provided options. Gave clear instructions. Breakfast can be better. Has laundry facilities with gym as well. 2 washers and 2 dryers. 2 treadmill and 1 bicycle. Had comfortable stay.

Stayed at Ramada for four nights. The bed was firm and just right for sleeping. The towels are changed everyday and toiletries provided. The buffet breakfast has very good range. I really liked the mushroom baos. The location is 10 mins walk to Belltower or Muslim Quarter not very far at all. The only thing I don't like is the smoky smell in hallways and provision of ashtray bin for smokers. It's not the hotels fault but to make it less desirable to smokers don't provide facilities which support smoking.

There was a little mix up with our reservation when we arrived. The manager and staff worked really hard to resolve the problem. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful which was appreciated. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is a little out of the way of some of the attractions if you are walking but was a short taxi ride.

Clean and nice hotel. The front desk was kind and service was good. The room was cleaned every day, the room size wasn't too cramped either. The time we went was very hot, but for some reason about the government or something meant we couldn't use the aircon! However they provided tower fans for us and the rooms didn't heat up very much either. Very happy about the trip!
