床單有臟污。房間裏沒有遙控器，給前台打了3次電話才送上來，店家就忙着前台辦入住，已經住進來的就怠於搭理。房間裏讓送兩瓶礦泉水也不送，明明一樓就有店家的小賣部。水不值錢，重要的是影響出遊心情。

房間衞生一般，服務態度極差！我們預訂了三間房，一間一進去馬桶就是堵的，一間打開淋浴頭到處飆水，讓人去修也一副愛搭不理的樣子，馬桶修完了説都不説一聲徑直就走了。晚上因為房間沒有紗窗想要盤蚊香，摳門的一盤蚊香讓我們三個房間掰着用，想問店家借個吹風機結果不給，還來一句你們這個價格就衹能有這個服務。總之體驗很差！
