The beds and pillows are comfortable, room and hotel are very clean, well-maintained . Hotel is very new and nicely furnished. Staff are very friendly and helpful, both the cleaners and front desk staff . Free laundry service is a superb idea especially when there are cleaners to help with the washing and drying. That really saves us a lot of time while traveling. Hotel is a bit old. There is a stain on the ceiling. Personally I find the lighting too dim to my liking. Bed is firm and comfortable Thanks to the guy who kindly extended our check out time till 3pm. Just nice for catching our late afternoon flight home. And to different team members for giving us traveling information, retrieving parcels and offering a scotch tape for my packing. Thank you for making our trip a smooth and pleasant one.
