1. The hotel is in the CBD, close to large companies, and is suitable for business trips.
2. It is an apartment hotel, a loft, and the decoration is very new.
3. The front desk is relatively small and not very conspicuous, but it does not affect the living experience.
4. The sound insulation effect is pretty good, at least I didn’t hear any sounds from outside or footsteps upstairs at night.
Generally speaking, it is suitable for business trips. It is cost-effective and convenient for going out to do errands. There is KFC, a milk tea shop, and a convenience store downstairs. The sea is just three minutes away. The location is really excellent.

We arrived at the store early in the morning, and the housekeeper Xiaoyang took the initiative to call us around 9pm to arrange the room password in advance and sent it over. On the day of departure, Xiaoyang readily agreed to the request for a late checkout because the child's clothes were dirty and needed to be washed.

位置近觀音山沙灘，步行可達，能夠遠眺對面的津門島。房間複式結構，設施比較齊全，房間穿過樓宇能看到海景。周邊主要是產業區，週末人流少，不過樓下有飯店可滿足飲食需要。唯一不足，房間沒有電視

房子很大，一個人住綽綽有餘。
設施：齊全，洗衣機帶烘乾很好，有些房是不帶烘乾的。燒水壺洗了擦了幾遍了還是有水垢和白水漂浮物，自己買了一個用。
衞生：整體乾淨衞，唯一不滿是灶台和煙機那裡的味道揮之不去，很影響空氣和心情。本來想換房，想着可能都差不多就算了。
