前台服熱情周到，交通方便，距植物園、中山公園、中山路很近，樓下有特色美食，衞生很好。原定住兩天，又續訂了三天，性價比還好，下次來廈門還住本客棧。

房間比較乾淨，雖然比較小，但是住着舒服。床是舒雅壓的大床墊，晚上睡覺很解壓。
賓館地理位置好，出門就是小吃街，但是又不會很吵。
老闆人很好。
最利於我的一點是三樓可以晾曬衣服，我旅行很久，衣服很久沒洗，在這家賓館洗了之後，晾曬陽台上，半天時間自然風就給吹乾了。很好！！

價格優惠，地點較中心，離八市有2.4公里左右，樓下吃飯很方便，我住的四人間，屋內沒有窗台，衞生間細節上不是特別乾淨，老闆人挺好的！
