The hotel is located beside the the beach, just a few minutes walk, there was a music festival happening at the time, the tourist area is very nice, not far, about 15 minutes walk, the manager in hotel was pleasant and helpful, there are also nice seating areas in outside of hotel with a place to dry clothes

I went there after reading the ratings, and it was different from what I expected. I was a little disappointed. There were bugs on the bed at night, which scared me so much that I didn't sleep all night! If I have a problem, no one can help me solve it. There is no one at the front desk! Terrible check-in experience 👎

The service is good, clean and hygienic. It is 100 meters away from the seaside, not far from Shuzhuang Garden, Sunlight Rock, and nucleic acid testing points. You can order takeaways for meals, which is economical.

衞生很好，床鋪非常乾淨，室內設施也不錯，店家很用心，屋裡放了碳塊。島上都是老房子，室內角落細節的地方有返潮之類的痕跡，可以理解，也不必苛求。一樓公共區域有架鋼琴，孩子還彈了一會兒。院內室外環境也還行，建議再修繕修繕。上島前店家貼心的吧位置和自製的導航實景照片發過來，很好找，近內厝澳碼頭，衹需最後從美華沙灘向上走一小段上坡路，對於拎行李的輕鬆不少。

一大家人出門在外遊玩，住宿老闆尤其重要！貝蝸民宿緊靠華僑亞熱帶植物園，下坡就是美華沙灘，位置優越，鬧中取靜。管家不僅人帥，更心地善良，不厭其煩地解答各種問題，貼心地給小孩準備幼兒推車等，本次鼓浪嶼之行給我們全家留下深刻而美好的回憶！祝老闆生意興隆！

房間乾淨整潔。性價比高。兩個帥哥老闆服務周到，很温暖。房間靠近內厝澳碼頭，步行十分鐘左右。離美華沙灘衹有50米行程，可以看到美麗的落日。離日光巖三四百米。海灘旁一個大排檔（最小的一家）早飯很好吃。推薦。
