房間總的來講不錯，有洗衣機，空調是冷風沒有暖風這點欠缺，可能我的房間衹是冷風空調吧，我開了三間房，管理員都是男生都挺好。水是在管理員那裡自取，這點不好，應該放到房間。周邊環境有超市奶茶店，餐飲店晚上有小吃也算可以，就是周邊人太少不熱鬧哈哈😀

我最近入住了憶居公寓（廈門北站華僑大學店），整體體驗非常好，以下是我的評價：
憶居公寓位於廈門市集美區萬科雲城12號樓，距離廈門北站和高崎機場都很近，交通非常便利。無論是乘坐公交、地鐵還是BRT，都能輕鬆到達市中心和其他主要景點。
服務貼心前台工作人員非常熱情，服務態度很好。環境舒適公寓周邊環境很好，樓下有商業區，有很多餐館和商店，生活非常便利。晚上可以在附近散步，感覺非常舒適。
性價比高相比其他酒店，憶居公寓的價格非常實惠，而且沒有額外的服務費和中介費，性價比很高。
總的來説，我對憶居公寓（廈門北站華僑大學店）非常滿意，推薦給大家。如果有機會再來廈門，我還會選擇住在這裏

在廈門集美住的這家公寓，簡直是出行遊玩的絕佳選擇！公寓位置超棒，去哪裡都方便，公交，BRT🚇！周邊景點也很多，園博苑，彩虹沙灘，海上自行車道，想去哪玩都近在咫尺，很方便。而且公寓裏設施齊全，住得舒服，讓我在遊玩一天後能好好休息🛏️。真的太滿意啦，強烈推薦給大家！

集美住的這家公寓，真的不錯哦！房間能看到超美的風景，每天早上醒來都心情大好！而且公寓周邊美食超多，走幾步就能吃到各種美味，簡直是吃貨的天堂😍！從熱鬧的夜市到精緻的餐廳，每一家都讓人回味無窮。房間衞生也很乾凈，有一客一換，正常消殺，熱水也很給力，24小時供應。強烈推薦給大家，來廈門集美一定要住這裏！[強]

值得推薦，公寓的房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適。
樓下有很多品牌餐飲，非常方便，晚上還有小吃攤。附近就有BRT進島非常方便。

房間價格經濟實惠，床品乾淨衞生！設施齊全，樓下美食街好吃的應有盡有，周邊大學多，晚上學生比較多但是很熱鬧，房間內有配套洗衣機，使用效果非常好比我家的甩的都乾淨！
