Impressive staff Larissa, she is providing a quality service, made us had a very comfortable stay at hotel indigo. Moreover, all of the hotel staff services were warm and highly responsive throughout my stay. The room was clean and adequate, good value for money. Also the breakfast was great and varied. Highly recommended !!!

Upgraded to seaview balcony room upon arrival. Beautiful day and night view.
We excluded breakfast as walking distance to zhongshan area, easy to find foods as early as 7am

Very regret to choose this hotel. We stayed in Swiss grand xiamen previously and that's much better than Indigo harbour. Buffet breakfast is terrible - taste, arrangement, service. Limited choices, no proper arrangement for seats and only few high chair in the restaurant. Imagine we had to carry the baby and ate during the meal time in a 5 star hotel restaurant. The staff are obviously not well trained and do not know how to handle customer's request (baby chair). Kids playroom is so small and nothing much to play.
Swiss grand is much better in view of service and breakfast & staff service. Both hotels not much difference in price and only 2 mins from each other. Worst hotel during my 10 days journey. Distance to zhong shan road is near anyway.

Nice hotel, I upgraded to seaview so can enjoy the beautiful sunset. Hotel close to the walking street so very good for tourist. I only stay 1night but sure will come back later. Ricky in the front desk also very nice and friendly and provide very good info to us.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo Xiamen. The location is perfect, right by the waterfront with stunning sea views. The rooms are stylish, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

I choose the hotel for the location, which is top. The hotel amenities, though, are alraedy slightly worn out (the rooms) to shabby (lobby & breakfast room).

We did a lot of research before deciding on selecting this hotel for our winter trip to Xiamen. The hotel is very nice. From our room, we have a view of the sea and the gorgeous GuLang Yu, during the daytime and in the evening. It is in a very good location, just blocks away from the Zhongshan Pedestrian Street clusters where you can shop and enjoy seafood to your heart's content. Staff were friendly and services were great. Restaurant had a great view and the food was good but not fantastic.
