Oh my God! There's a receptionist called Lee who was super duper helpful and nice! He made us feel at home. The rooms are comfy and clean.

Personnel was friendly and helpful although calling the front desk didn’t get any reply in 2 occasions. The lobby was spacious and offers comfortable seating to rest for a bit. In combination with the clean toilets it’s very comfortable.

The hotel is easy to find and in a good location. I enjoyed the warm service on my check. However, the breakfast could be better and the room wasn’t absolutely comfortable, I felt like I was in a student dormitory than a hotel. The wifi works on and off.

Traveling with children, want to go to the Science and Technology Museum, the hotel is a ten-minute walk from the Science and Technology Museum

The suite is large and comfortable, the environment is clean and simple, and it is very convenient to take the kids to the Science and Technology Museum. The takeaway we ordered was not delivered in time by the front desk, and the disposable bathtub bag was charged (almost all big hotels do not charge). Other experiences were very good.
