the receptionists are very professional, they would stand up to greet you and stand up to reply you when you are standing.
the housekeeping staff are efficient and understanding. they would accommodate my daily schedule and avoid disturbing me. they would also give me more water and tissue when they see i need more.
the breakfast buffet is one of the quality sumptuous one i have seen. my favorite is the dim sum. the bun is so fluffy and the filing is so authentic. the staff are quick to tidy up the tables when guests leave. the food is topped up frequently. there are various types of fruits served too. there is also a machine that makes coffee, milk and soy milk.
the room is cozy and i have a great view of the city. i like the lighting that doesn't hurt my eyes when lying on the bed. there are plenty of pillows for me to use.
the hotel is conveniently located to popular tourist attractions and public transport. it is near to the xiamen high speed rail station. outside the hotel are parked many shared bikes.

Better than expected! Although the location of this hotel is a bit further at the tourist spot (ZhongShan Road), but there are a variety of food choices just below the street! Just 8 mins walk to the train station. The tour planner at the hotel (小谢) is very helpful and responsible when coming to helping us with our travel plan and post-sale service! Will be staying here again when I’m back in Xiamen
