Front desk is well trained even better.than those more exp hotels in Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
Upon reaching immediately been served with welcome drink.
Although small hotel, the.room is well equipped, warmth. Able to pick up extra cotton buds, make up remover etc from reception.
I booked the wrong type of room and the front desk offered to change. I have turned down but the thought of allowing me to change is much appreciated.
Situated inside a plaza which is the only negative point. Location is good though.for food and shopping for local delicacies.

Overall a great stay, lots of amenities and located right smack in the Zhongshan Road area. We also enjoyed the short walk to eateries and souvenir shops.

Very convenient location. Staff are all very friendly and proactive. There are complimentary afternoon tea and supper daily. Overall we are happy with our stay here.

Hotel is near Zhongshan Road. A very convenient location for shopping. The staff were very friendly and immediately responded to my request for hand soap. Will definitely recommend. 姜贝Jiangbei was also very helpful in accessing our requests.

Good experience stay in this hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Daily tea break and supper provided is surprise to my family. Definitely will choose this hotel when come to Xiamen.

Excellent Hotel with a lot of freebies...
During check-in, Hotel Staff Ms. Lai Li Ling took the efforts to explain all the hotel facilities.
Thus, we are able to enjoy the afternoon high tea and also the late nigh snack before & after the shopping trip around ZhongSan shopping area.
Pls maintain this type of communication and useful information

Really like this hotel although it's funny located inside a run down shopping mall. The hotel is very good they have a personal who attend to your needs and get down your wechat to make sure she's contactable. Hotel is close to many attractions. Recommended
