We booked two rooms. There was a dead fly on the table in the room where my parents stayed. The window was broken and couldn't be closed. They were old and couldn't sleep well because of the noise. I didn't find these problems until I went to their room the next day. I mentioned them to the front desk when I checked out. I meant to remind them and didn't intend to pursue it seriously.
