This hotel is amazing! Location: Super near to Xiamen Railway station, only a 3-5 mins drive away. Facilities and hygiene: Very generous with the space. Comfortably fits 2 or even more large size luggages. Interior is impressive and comparable to 4-star hotels I’ve stayed in China. They even allow you to choose your pillows! My friend went for the massage in the hotel and she said it’s the best one she had in China. Service: The best part of our stay. Check-in is fast and they offered to help us deliver our luggages to our room. During our stay we found out that thr is a small stain on our pillow and called the front desk to request for a change. They apologised and quickly changed our pillows, we even received complimentary fruits and snacks from them. Really impressive service recovery! And did I mention they even offered high speed hairdryer and type C and A cables in the room! I brought my laifen hairdryer for nothing hahaha If you’re an international traveller looking for a comfy stay in the centre of Xiamen, I’d highly recommend this hotel. I’ve already sent it to a few of my friends who frequent Xiamen often😉

Location: The hotel is situated in a convenient area, close to Gulangyu Island, Zhongshan Road. It was easy to get around using public transportation or by walking to nearby attractions. Service: Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was efficient and smooth. Some staff spoke English, which was helpful for international travelers. Value for Money: Overall, I felt the hotel offered great value for money. I would recommend it to other travelers, especially those looking for comfort, convenience, affordability, etc

this hotel adopts the smart home concept. the room can be voice controlled by xiao du xiao du to turn off the lights, close the curtain, turn off the tv, etc. the toilet is also equipped with Japanese style tech. the room is spacious and designer pays attention to detail such as lighting does not shine into the eyes when lying on the bed. the light strip is bright enough and not dim. the shampoo and body wash are very good for my skin, moisturizing. the buffet breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. there are lots of fruit. the seats are comfortable. the staff are helpful and you can contact them easily via wechat. the hotel is conveniently located in the center of the island, you can take the metro, buses to get to the popular attractions easily. there are also plenty of shared bikes around. the hotel is in a shopping mall, there is a supermarket on the second floor. there are plenty of eateries around.

Friendly, clean, safe, quiet, the voice-controlled room is creative, it is ok for a single person, but if a double person sleeps, turning on the light in the toilet may affect others' sleep because the toilet is a glass partition. It's a pity that there is no refrigerator.

We stayed at Room 8609 which is a business double room. Size of room is not expected. However washing basin is stained and need to be changed. Overall is good with lots of food for breakfast. Very near to Metro train station and within walking distance which is 200 metres away and using Exit 3. Very convenient as there are lots of eateries around

The location is very good, very close to the train station and bus station, there are many delicious restaurants nearby, the staff are very nice, and there is breakfast included, but I personally think the breakfast is average, but it is already very good, the price-performance ratio is very high, I will come again next time

There is a subway station next to the hotel, so it is convenient to go anywhere. There is a lake just a short walk away, so it is good for taking a walk. It is connected to a shopping center, so you can buy things. When you enter the room, it feels like a typical 5-star hotel. However, there was dust on the water bottle in the bathroom. I don't know if it was because it had been a long time since a guest stayed in the room or because there is a lot of dust in Xiamen. The room seemed clean, but if you look behind the bed or behind the desk, you can see dust. Looking at the dust accumulated behind, I wonder if the carpet on the floor was cleaned properly. The air conditioner control was a Johnson Control. The sensor that controls the temperature in the room did not work sensitively. Since I only went to the hotel to sleep, I never had a chance to use other facilities at the hotel, so I don't have opinions about other places.

I rate 3/5 for cleanliness is because of the lack of smoke filter in the hotel. Once i turn on the aircond, the smell of smoke (cigarette) from other room get blasted into my room. Luckily i stayed when the weather was cool. I didnt turn on the ac and opened the window instead (we upgraded to room with windows with a small fee). The staffs are very kind and friendly. The amenities are good. There's seat warmer on the toilet seat. The room cleanliness (apart from the smoke) was actually fairly good. Soundproofing is 4/5. Not the best but Better than some hotels that i stayed at in the past few days. Location is exactly at the opposite of mixc & 8mins to xiamen station.

Great location. Adjacent to Xiamen High Speed Railway station, Subway station and BRT station. There is an underground shopping mall just in front of hotel. Staffs are very helpful. English speaking service is very limited to couple of reception staffs available in daytime. If you are not a Chinese speaker, you will need to rely on online translation service.

During my recent trip to Xiamen, I stayed at a hotel where the staff were friendly and helpful. They made sure my check-in was quick and easy and were always ready to assist with any questions. The room was clean and comfortable, The hotel's amenities, including dining options, were also very good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xiamen, as the outstanding service made my stay truly enjoyable.
