At the reception area, the staff were extremely courteous and accommodating, and the other staff we encountered were always friendly as well. Our stay at this hotel was for just one night, as a layover and it had bad weather from the typhoon, but despite this, we had a wonderful and luxurious stay. We absolutely loved the room! The bathroom was my dream! The hotel boasts a stunning location, with amazing views. The amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch, including a gorgeous outdoor pool, a sauna, and a steam room. Additionally, there is a shopping center located right outside the hotel, which features popular establishments such as Starbucks and KFC. The airport is approximately 20 minutes away and we paid 40 yuan via the Didi app. I also want to mention that we enjoyed the food at the hotel. We had an early dinner and breakfast, and it was fantastic! Can't wait to go back!

I drove with my family from Shijiazhuang, Hebei to Xiamen. All the hotels along the way were five-star hotels. In fact, the hardware facilities of hotels of this level are not much different, but I was deeply impressed by the front desk service of Thai Marriott. When I checked in, the front desk manager Lola Zhang personally arranged a room for us. Seeing that I brought the elderly and children with me, she specially arranged a sea view connecting room for us. Lucy at the front desk immediately got a doll when she saw the child. She was very friendly. The child was also very happy to get the doll. It was so loving. Next time I come to Xiamen, I will stay at Thai Marriott!
