The facilities, service, and location all far exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of the subway station. It's just a 20-minute drive to popular attractions like Gulangyu Ferry Terminal and Zhongshan Road. There's a wide variety of dining and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering city views. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel also boasts a 24-hour gym, a heated swimming pool, and a spa center. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the thoughtful farewell at check-out, every staff member showed professionalism and sincerity. The front desk handled check-in quickly, and room service was incredibly responsive! The complimentary daily replenished drinks in the room, and the staff's initiative to address guests by their last name, made me feel truly at home. Whether for business travel or a relaxing vacation, the Sheraton Xiamen is an excellent choice! It left a lasting impression. The guest rooms are simple yet elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the bay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it feel like I was wrapped in a cloud, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom details were particularly noteworthy: the separate wet and dry areas were well-designed, the water pressure was strong and stable, and the high-quality toiletries, with their subtle fragrance, added a soothing atmosphere to my bath. The breakfast selection was surprisingly varied, with a balanced mix of Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties, freshly cooked noodles, and an egg station. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were authentic, and the coffee was rich and energizing, providing a refreshing start to the day. The restaurant's elegant ambiance and prompt service and refills of water were a truly delightful experience. The hotel's location is also very convenient, adjacent to two major shopping malls and offering easy transportation. There are also a variety of dining and shopping options nearby. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this is an ideal choice. Most commendable was the professionalism and hospitality displayed by hotel staff member Xie Xinming. Since it was our first time in Xiamen, he patiently and meticulously introduced us to Xiamen's famous attractions and local delicacies. His warm greetings conveyed genuine care and concern. This stay was more than just a relaxing break; it was truly a pleasurable experience. The value for money was exceptional.
