前台服務員小葉接待非常熱情真誠，還幫我們升級了房間，值得點贊，小葉的接待令我有非常好的體驗感。酒店是老牌酒店了，房間乾淨，空調效果特別好，洗澡熱水很舒服，拖鞋柔軟乾淨，早餐營養不錯，麪點，蛋糕，麪包，小米粥，最驚喜的有豆腐腦，太棒了。

老牌酒店了，位置很好，在湘潭市最核心的地段，樓層高，算地標。房型做了升級，大，舒服。房間裝修很老，但布草是新的，乾淨衞生。早餐非常一般，品種少。停車場在酒店前坪，管理比較亂，亂停車比較多。對面是大型商場，購物吃飯非常方便。

設施：華天大酒店在湘潭建成營業數十年，作為湘潭市內的老牌酒店，地處湘潭建設路口地理環境優越，酒店獨佔一棟、大堂寬敞明亮；房間位處高樓視野極佳，落地窗外可遠眺湘潭大橋、近覽建設路口環島以及步步高廣場。
服務：大堂酒店前台的小葉和小蔣熱情周到，服務細緻，對酒店相關疑問詳細解答，並從容大方的介紹了酒店環境和細則。
衞生：華天大酒店作為老牌酒店衞生條件乾淨衞生，大堂電梯房間無明顯灰塵污漬，房間配有毛地毯和拖鞋浴衣，洗浴間內設墊腳毛巾並配有浴缸。
環境：酒店環境較為老舊，住宿一晚房間的中央空調大約因老化緣故持續發出響聲，即使關閉暖氣亦無法保障安靜環境，且床上躺下後可持續聽到節奏性的電機嗡鳴，在白天這些噪音尚可但晚上易使睡眠較淺的人難以入睡，在徹夜不眠期間曾試圖聯繫換房但新房同樣存在空調噪音難以入眠。

到湘潭旅遊，特地選擇了華天，地處鬧市區很方便，周邊餐廳多，對面就時蓮城夜市，辦理入住時前台免費為我們家升級了房型，孩子超級喜歡，整體體驗非常好，房間衞生乾淨，客房大姐服務熱情周到，為小孩準備了專用拖鞋，早餐也很豐盛，超讚！
