"The hotel is very conveniently located. Because I wanted to see the night view, I chose a room close to the road, and the railway also passed by. It was a bit noisy when the window was open, and there were occasional train whistles, about 2-3 times a night. However, after closing the window, there was basically no sound, and if you are not very sensitive, it basically does not affect your sleep. The hotel's service is very considerate. Manager Chen personally accompanied me to choose and change rooms; Xiao Chen's service was very thoughtful, and he sent afternoon tea desserts and commemorative medals. Five-star praise!"

"I booked room 5606 on the 6th floor of the VIP building for one night on November 16th. Aside from the old facilities and high price, one of the sheets or towels was definitely not properly disinfected. The next day, after returning to work, I started experiencing intense itching all over my body, which I didn't pay much attention to at the time. On the third day, I developed a rash on my chest and back. A checkup revealed it was shingles, my first ever skin disease. When I called the front desk, they said that immunity varies from person to person and kept arguing that shingles isn't transmitted through contact (isn't shingles transmitted through contact with an infected person's clothing or toiletries?). So, you hotel don't change toiletries or properly clean for viruses, and you blame the customer for having a weak immune system?"
