1、地址:不在沃爾瑪所在的民發廣場，在北面這棟樓，見圖一。
2、一般房型是每個單元門裡上下樓兩個房間，相互獨立，互不幹擾。房間比較乾淨，見圖二。隔音要求不要太高，和一般住宅一樣。
3、去古隆中、北街（古城）、博物館、唐城都有公交直達（民發廣場公交站台），其中去北街（古城）三站路，沒事可以幾個來回。
4、南面那棟民發廣場是商場，風華路夜市在民發廣場左前（地下通道過街就行）

環境優美地理位置段好，交通方便，房間舒服衞生，服務人員熱情，服務很好，很及時，樂意各種幫助，網絡高速度。停車也很方便，周圍購物吃飯也很方便呢，環境很好，可以投屏，洗衣機用起來也很方便

這家酒店真的很不錯，大家不會踩坑，地理位置很不錯，旁邊就是沃爾瑪和武商，樓下繽紛不夜街街，前台服務很好，有什麼事能及時處理，很周到，下次有機會還會再來入住。

已經是第二次入住這家酒店了，住宿體驗依舊是很美好，這家酒店位置又好在襄陽的市中心位置，附近的公交站可以直達襄陽的每一個景點，旁邊就有好幾個商場和小吃街，吃飯買東西都很方便，有許多的美食可以嘗試，和對象在襄陽玩了四天，每天客服姐姐都會很親切的訊問是否需要打掃房間，房間裏還有洗衣機和冰箱，為長期入住增添了許多的便利，以後在襄陽遊玩還會再次光臨。
