The waiter's service ability is limited, the waiting time for turning over the table is long, the tablecloth is not enough to clean the table, and the napkin is used to wipe it... The table mat is not changed, and there is still rice and soup from the previous customers on it... 2. There are few types of breakfast. There is no food or drink around 9 o'clock, and the supply is insufficient, which affects the mood! It can be said that there is nothing you want. After all, Hilton is 700 or 800 yuan a night, which is not a five-star hotel, but the service ability is expected to be improved. The sink in the room leaks, and there is water on the floor after washing your hands. The air conditioning in the room is not powerful, and the warm air blows cold air, and the decoration smells heavy. But the lighting space in the room is okay, and we still have items such as the parent-child room and children's toilet mats that we booked. There are not many hotels to choose from in Xiangyang. I came for the brand, but I was a little disappointed. Because it is a holiday, it is understandable that there are many people, but the more special the day, the more it can test the service reception ability. It cannot withstand the test of the flow of people, which means that it needs to be improved, retrained, and increased investment in personnel training! There were no chopsticks on the morning of the 5th, and they were disposable chopsticks! The soy milk and milk were all empty and could not be refilled later... Service: The morning of the 5th was the worst breakfast I have ever had..."
