Be careful, the child fell on the side of the bed and needed several stitches. I don't understand why there is a wooden edge protruding next to the bed in a family-friendly hotel. Most of the people who come here are families with children. Don't they consider these safety hazards? I am speechless. The hotel only paid half of the medical expenses. I don’t want to embarrass the hotel anymore. They cannot compensate for the suffering of my child!

At night, anyone taking the elevator will be woken up by the noise. The elevator is very noisy, but the hotel design is OK. The hotel is about 300 meters away from the road, and it takes some energy to carry things. Be careful of pitfalls: The key point is that it was snowing early in the morning and the hotel front desk didn't give us an umbrella. At first they said they didn't know if we had any, but later they said they had umbrellas and we could use them if we paid. I think this is a store invested by a poor boss (the room decoration is nice) but the employees neglect customers. Everyone should have awareness of rights protection. I wanted to borrow a charger but there was none available. They asked me to scan a power bank and it cost me 30 for one night. Although it is charged by the hour, it is impossible for me to get dressed and return it in the middle of the night. 6. I read a lot of good reviews before I went there. It's actually just a homestay in a commercial street. It costs nearly 500 yuan a night. Next time I won't stay there even if it's only 200 yuan. I suggest you choose a hotel in OCT or the city center to avoid being scammed.
