住店時，清潔工阿姨在沒有得到我允許的情況下，直接把我買的土特產當垃圾扔掉，而且我那個袋子是比較重的，價值200多元。離店時給前台反饋，前台説會給店長報告，結果事情過去幾天，沒有解釋，沒有道歉。衹能差評，住了很多次，這次印象較差，服務質量下降，從上到下意識淡漠。

服務：清潔阿姨特別特別嘈！扣的分就是扣她們的。在早上打掃別的房間的時候，瘋狂大聲説話聊天，扔東西用砸的咣咣大聲，每一天都這樣！超級嘈！
從第二天開始，我叮囑前台讓阿姨小聲，被吵醒也打電話讓前台叫，並且也聽到有人上樓叫阿姨小聲，然而！一點*用沒有！半分鐘後她們繼續聊！真的超級嘈！超大聲聊天！
設施：挺新的，也乾淨，木紋地磚，書桌寬度很好可以辦公。特別點贊浴室鏡子的燈光，環形燈光，照的人（՞ਊ՞）👍
每天清潔後都會補足一次性物資，水果也每天更新，good

房間裝修非常好，早餐種類豐富，還有現煮的牛肉麪，停車方便，帶娃出行不錯的選擇，距離市區有點遠，開車的話比較方便，五一出行選擇星辰非常好的體驗
