Nangang Hotel (Xiangyang Wanda)

The hotel conditions are really bad, with almost no sound insulation. I could hear the conversation of the couple next to me very clearly, and they chatted all night long. The air-conditioning ducts were made by drilling holes in the glass, and there was no seal, so the noise from the traffic outside the window came in, making a huge noise. Mosquitoes also flew into the room and filled the room. There are quite a few spiders though. The air conditioner doesn't work even on the highest setting because of the big holes in the windows that let air in. The TV was broken and I couldn't watch it at all. I called the front desk many times using the landline, but no one answered. The floor was disgusting, and the shampoo and shower gel on the wall were also disgusting. I didn't get a good rest at night. The abilities of the front desk staff are mixed, but the girl who helps check out is very capable and a very nice person.
