本來訂的複式的房間，起夜去衞生間需要下樓梯，酒店前台人員給免費升級了房間，服務周到熱心。酒店離博物館很近，附近也有不少餐館可選，推薦魚香閣，上菜快，味道好，還價格實惠。

住個酒店，車“被蹭”，晚上酒店門前沒燈，停車入口路口狹窄，柱子矮與地面一個顏色，且沒有反光條，警示標識之類的，反映後店家一直拖延時間，不給解決方案，拖字絕，淋浴間一股下水道的臭味，走道也是一股臭味，房間簡陋，衞生差，茶包也是快過期的，現在時間：2025.2.1

一進門感覺很好，複式也很有感覺，就是全屋智能有點不會用，除此之外感覺毛巾臟臟的，上一房客人的垃圾還在浴室裏，換房型後樓梯也不穩，座椅少了，床單也不乾淨，實在是太累了，也懶得拍照，湊合睡

設施：酒店還是挺不錯的，是智能家居還有小機器人送東西服務：前台小耿很熱情，後面打電話幫我們拖地也笑嘻嘻感覺好温暖也不嫌麻煩。酒店是朋友給我定的，她在酒店樓上住我過來找她玩，沒想到很驚喜，離唐城古城烈士塔都好近，關鍵是前台還準備了洗臉巾太不錯了！如果不追求那種很高級啊很精緻的酒店這個就可以了。

這邊離景區比較近，出行蠻方便的，前台小姐姐服務挺好入住的時候看我們人多還提出幫忙升級房間，我們就是喜歡複試才選擇的這個酒店，各種推薦附近吃的，幾乎做到了問什麼能回覆的，這點我們還是比較滿意的，整體不錯，有缺點但是可以接受，能及時反應問題，這點給好評
